Staff were very friendly and did everything they can to make us comfortable. We were upgraded to a better room because the bathroom in the first room we entered was not working. Food was good. Overall it was a great experiance. Would visit again.. 👍👍

During our stay there were a crew of local workers of company called elamal elshereif , they was so loud, rude , always starry to the guests and us

Some of the waiters staff were not friendly to Egyptian guests unfortunately.

The Hotel has a lot of activities to do, 3 pools, and a nice beach. A shoutout to Mr Ahmed Eid from the front desk for being extra friendly and helpful!

The place is very nice with exceptional pools and spacious, clean rooms. The view from my room was beautiful and the stay was completely worth it. Food is also fine. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again.

The beach has some rocky areas, shallow for a distance (you have to walk inside a little long to get a little depth, & Sea shoes is needed). Desserts are not good. More improvement in quality and types is much needed.

The hotel is very nice, the room is nice, clean and good space. The pool is amazing and clean. The catering services for the "all inclusive" was great, basically you have it all covered, no need to bring anything with you. Beverages are available all day in the reception, on the pool and beach. The food was good, especially the freshly baked croissants (it was mesmerising, Thanks to the great madame with her nice smile). The beach as bungalows for privacy and the safety is also there. The facility is great for some relaxation and family vacations. Thanks to reception team for their hospitality. WiFi is great all over the hotel.

The service for the drinks could be better. You cannot get bottled beer, it is poured out into a glass or plastic tumbler (pool and beach bars). Sometimes the bottles have been sitting with beer in them from previous persons order. It is not a good idea to have a coffee station and have to carry hot cups of coffee to tables in the dining area where there are a lot of people and children about. Long waits and queues for drinks at the bars. Food - Breakfast: Good choices all round but eggs need to be put out to help yourself. (Scrambled, fried, omelette, boiled) Breakfast is cold by the time the eggs are made to order. Dinner: Not enough choice of hot food at the one station. Every night was rice and beef stew. Other choices were over the other end of the dining area, soups etc. A suggestion would be to put all hot food in the one area. With more choice of French fries, Pizza, Lasagna, Mashed potatoes etc. Desserts: This was really disappointing! The same cakes with different flavoured toppings every evening. So you need to like sponge cake, there is no choice. Egypt is famous for having beautiful deserts and this was not the case here. Recommendations would be to have an ice cream station at least and more choices of cake. Seating in main dining area: There are not enough seats to accommodate everyone, having to wander about for a seat is frustrating, the tables are not cleared quickly enough when people leave. Recommendations: Put one person in charge of a certain amount of seats to clear tables and have a quicker turn around, put waiters on to deal with coffee/tea as it is extremely dangerous having to carry this through the area where people are moving especially children.

The property was clean and comfortable. Rooms are cleaned every day. Three pools are great, plenty of sun loungers. Beach food station is good for lunch.
