Absolutely unhygienic attitude towards common use facilities: dirty and leaking public toilets with no toilet paper, dirty tablecloths, greasy plates in the canteen. Monotonous food choice. Lack of alcoholic drinks variety. TV remote had no batteries, the room safe was broken.

On the all-inclusive system it was inconvenient that if you didn't arrive at the start of the meal, you could go hungry. Self-service is fine, but whoever comes early shovels out all the best food and you settle for what's left over. It would be better if there were hotel staff on hand to serve the holidaymakers.

Everything, Cleanliness is subzero...Food quality is so bad...No one is pick8ng up o. The reception, we were Charged for the dinner which was not even there and what we found was tasteless...I feel so sorry for whoever will visit the place

lack of facilities and entertainment and whilst I had my cold bottled beer, it seemed like a chore at times unless ashras was around

excellent value for money. food was superb. extremely quiet so they were taking opportunity to carry out major maintenance. pool was emptied cleaned and was refilling as I left. ashras was brilliant and really looked after me. Wi-Fi in room for Firestick no problem with room bathrobes and slippers provided photos of food on Tripadvisor

I can't even begin to write about how poor this hotel was and how much I was traumatized by the experience of staying there. The hotel charged me about 200 USD per night during the climate talks season, yet the quality of the room was way below anyone's expectation. The room is very shabby, the toilet is dark and old. During my first week of stay there was no kettle in the room ,despite my many attempts to get one from the reception. (every time they 'd say yes, but it never showed up). The shower was always cold. I hardly managed to get a warm shower during 14 days of staying there. The hotel was definitely exploiting the tourists way too much, and they didn't even care to make their stay decent. It looks like that staff were very unhappy. ---They don't smile and never greet you. Half way through my stay there, I couldn't bear with it any more, but unfortunately it was the COP season and I couldn't find another hotel, and besides the hotel had charged my 2-weeks stay expense upon I arrived. This is the worst, worst ever hotel experience I've encountered.

Run down and very expensive for one night.. not normal Sharm standards of a resort.. broken hair dryer in room and old furniture.. poor breakfast.. reception service was good.

The worst is the staff. They are very rude. They steal money from thhe rooms. They play loud music in the morning. No WI-FI in the room I called 10am to reception to ask if I could leave after 12:00. They told me I could leave at 14:00. I left at 13:30 and receptionist told nobody received my call and I was lying.

No self service buffet in the restaurant but this is no fault of the hotel . it’s very quiet in the whole area in sharm so I understand why this facility was not available. The Egyptian breakfast served and brought to our table was very nice .
