Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The host is wonderful, amazing and friendly. He is so passionate about the area - took us around for tours. My mum was so happy to stay here. The staff is wonderful- all nice and friendly. They arranged tours to the white and black deserts, led by the owner of the property, who is amazing and friendly,

United StatesThe food prepared for me was amazing- very rich and flavorful. The opportunity to stargaze was magnificent as there were not many clouds. The property was also clearly marked from the highway, and was properly represented on Google maps. Staff was friendly and their kindness exceeded expectations!

EVERYTHING. I cannot stress this enough. You might think it is on the pricier side, but it is absolutely hands-down worth it. Book a Safari tour with them too - it was amazing. The food was incredible, room and bathroom were so clean (which suprises me being in the middle of the desert). So many shampoos and other amenities in the rooms. May was fantastic and so friendly and helpful. Great little suprises throughout the stay. Thank you for the stay of a lifetime - we took mattresses out and slept under the stars. There are beautiful dogs and puppies at the sky camp too. 100000/10 would do it again. I've traveled all over the world and this is by far one of my top spots. Thank you very much.

ChinaWe spent one night there. The Chinese boss and manager were so nice and friendly to us. They even waited for us till 2am in the middle night and prepared food for us. Thank you very much for being so kind. I definitely will recommend this accommodation to all my friends.

The stay here was everything I wanted. The facilities were clean and everything worked, the staff were very attentive, and we were left alone to do what we wanted when we wanted it. We just wanted to wander into the desert and enjoy the atmosphere. The staff would have organised daytrips and guides if we wanted to. There was a lot of food, more than we could eat and very well prepared.

HungaryThere is no night view from the rooms any more as the plastic windowhas no transparence. The binocular is only decoration, it is not working. There is no water supply for the tents during the night but there arr tons of mosquitoes. You have to pay for drinks even during the breakfast. It would have worth the money at start but now it is way too expensive for the experience you get.
Good location in the middle of the desert, unique design.
