Food ran out at breakfast and staff were being awkward about making any extra boied eggs and very petty. They finally agreed but no need for drama over an egg , considering there wasn't much to ear at breakfast as it was mostly gone. I arrived at 4 pm and was kept waiting for almost 2 hours...!

It is a small old hotel ! It is not a 3 star but the pool is very good ! The price is very very cheap so if you don't want to spend a lot of money : this is the good solution !

The reservation was easy and the check in went nice. The food was good in general, there was nothing special but good quality for breakfast and dinner. Facilities my late check out and i had the ability to go to sea for one more time

I want to thank imad in the reception & the director despite some difficulties in the restauran but when you ask imad or the director , they solve it , keep in touch with them & they solve disturbance which may occur with the workers isa. Nb : they are cooperative , sometimes i didnt find them , for example imad may be in his room or there may be late response but overall they are cooperative people & help you for example in the restaurant & when i want late check for leaving they helped me Nb : Mr hindawi said has all travel plan ( for example diving or safari )for the hotel in sharm & you can ask him about trip you want and he can go with you and speak with people there and negotiate with them Many thanks for them for this nice and enjoyable vacation

I arrived at night and the reception was dark and full of mosquitoes, there was a guy who did not speak English and he took us at 1:30 to check us in because he had not registered us, the room was abandoned, full of humidity and cockroaches, the shower gave electricity by the termontanque that was badly installed, they didn't even give us towels. The truth is that the hotel is in an abandoned state, breakfast had nothing, I asked for coffee and they never gave me, I do not recommend it AT ALL. ANOTHER THING THERE IS NO INTERNET IN THE ROOMS ONLY IN THE RECEPTION AND IT IS VERY BAD.

I did not like the plastic cups for hot contents - coffee (it’s probably not healthy to put hot water into plastic cups). I did not like the short breakfast hours - from 7 to 8 am. It was also a bit scary when we came to the hotel for the 1st time and there was no light at the corridor leading to our room (we came at 6 pm). I would recommend the hotel to work on the lights inside the hotel generally as it was a bit scary at night.

The breakfast was tasty. I would like to thank Nermin - the receptionist as she was always helpful with anything we asked about. I would like to thank the animation team for the music and that they provided a volley ball and darts when we asked about it. The hotel has a shuttle bus to a near beach. The personnel was helpful and nice.

Everything was bad. Dirty, no food options. Uncomfortable beds, we booked a double bed room with half board with late check in. We called to confirm the arrival time and when we arrived there was no room /prepared for us!! No food or water offered at least to compensate their mistakes. Offered a room with A SINGLE BED... FULL OF HUGE COCKCHROCHES ALIVE!!!.... NO TOWELS, NO BED COVER.... NO SHAMPOO OR TOILET PAPER EITHER. BY THE TIME WE MANAGED TO GET TO ANOTHER ROOM, STILL VERY BAD WITH 2 SINGLE BEDS NO TOWELS, NO WATER, NO TOILET PAPER... NOTHING AT ALL AND ANYWAY DIRTY... IT WAS ALMOST 4AM AND WE WETE DESTROYED. BECAUSE WE COULDN'T WAKE UP BY 9 FOR BREAKFAST NOTHING WAS OFFERED TO US NOT EVEN A COFFEE !! ANYWAY, THE DAY AFTER THE BREAKFAST WAS SO BAD THAT WE DIDN'T EAT ANYWAY...NO REAL COFFEE NOR MILK... FLIES OVER THE FOOD!! WE DIDN'T EVEN TRY THE SWIMMING POOL AS BY 1 LOOK IT WAS CLEAR THAT IT WAS DIRTY AND RISKY TO GET SOME DISEASE. THE STAFF WAD UNHELPFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE OWNER AND THE RECEPTIONIST ( and I believe most of the staff) Are from the sane city of my husband but even so they were very bad overall!!! I have seen staff houses in sharm / Egypt and i can tell that this place IT'S WORSE THAN A STAFF HOUSE! IT SHOULDN'T EVEN BE OPENED!!!!!

When we arrived we got checked in to a room that did not lock, shower was not working, there was water under the bed and the music was too loud. I stated that I want to change rooms and the personnel insisted that the music will stop not even taking into consideration the real reasons for the change. We got a different room after a half an hour of insisting, but it was worse. This one locked but did not felt safe to leave anything of value in the room. It s a good place if you are afraid of the dark because the lights never go completely off, and they are over your head so you sleep in the spotlight like a star. If you are ever lonely, you just have to look around the room, you can find cockroaches as big as a cat :)). No need for smoking, the walls are pealing off so that will affect your lungs more than the tobacco. Safety comes first that's why you should never stay alone because the toilet door can only be open from the outside. If you close it, you are trapped. No water pressure and everything falls off, shower head, the on off valve for the water, it's like a game of Legos.The personnel is rude and do not even provide toilet paper. Gala we missed breakfast because that would have been a full day on the toilet. Staff is very rude and condescending. Would not recommend this hotel not even as a roach motel.

Everything from the room tell the whole hotel , swimming pool is dirty , bathroom door lock is damaged, hotel totally terrible, no shower , no shampoo , and the towels are scientific fiction to them ,,, I can't stand with staying here ,,, there's a war in each meal in the buffet,,, the food is trash, who's makes the food R not cheefs. , far away from being that ,, the pool is full of sea sands ,, no cleaning or any sort of thiss Even thier beach , they bring us a governmental microbus at 10 AM one time then get us back like 2 pm , beach is totally disaster u feel like u R in a lake The hotel applies the example of " من برا هله هله ومن جوا يعلم الله "
