The staff at the reception especially Mr. Ahmed Khaled, Mr. Ahmed Sayed, and Mr. Ramadan they did everything to make us have a very comfortable stay. The sea view restaurant staff and the bars staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel has very beautiful beach and swimming pools.

Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We asked for a late check out. They not only allowed us to check out late. But also we were allowed to use the facilities free of charge for the rest of the day! Resort is very clean. Staff are very proactive. Always willing to serve with a smile! Food is both plenty and excellent. Will definitely come back again if not for a longer stay.
