Only the pillows were uncomfortable but other than that all was great.

The staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Ramadan at the reception, Houssam at the restaurant, and Amer at the beach they were very helpful with everything. Enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend the place

Hello, Me and my family encountered friendly and helpful people from the moment we entered the hotel. Everything is very nice. All employees work for customer satisfaction. Food, room cleaning, outdoor cleaning are great. This is a true family hotel. That's why we come every year and continue to come. We will continue. This is like our home. People have become a part of our family. This is a very special place for us. Ramadan ghal,Ibrahem Mohammed ,Ahmed Mohammed,Ahmed Fathy they are receptions stars. Asef Shef,İslam Shef,Ahmed radvan ,Muhammed gaber,Mohammed Ramadan Mustafa Khatab and Hossam they are Restaurants stars Hazem is swimming pools star I would like to thank each and every one of them. They are all very good and helpful people. We also thank Ms. Irena very much.

Great place with very professional and friendly staff, constantly cleaning, maintaining the territory, and entertaining guests. Good beach right below the hotel, accessed by an elevator. Well-thought infrastructure. Nice food diversity. Fantastic sunset views!

Food is delicious but not much variety,

I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of the best hotels I've ever experienced: Albatros. The service exceeded all expectations; the staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. The beach was pristine, the food delicious, and the rooms impeccably clean. I was impressed by the prompt service - any request made at reception was promptly delivered to my room within five minutes. The pools were well-maintained, and the entire staff demonstrated kindness and professionalism throughout my stay. As a gesture of goodwill for my honeymoon, the hotel graciously offered a complimentary romantic dinner. Additionally, we were granted early check-in and late check-out at no extra charge, a generous courtesy extended by the hotel. I'm truly grateful for the exceptional service provided, and I would like to extend special thanks to Hossam, the restaurant waiter, who deserves recognition for his exceptional service. Chef Sayed also deserves commendation for his warm hospitality. I'm grateful to Mr. Ramadan and Mr. Ahmed at the reception for their friendly and helpful demeanor, which made our stay effortless. Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to the animation team for providing entertainment and ensuring a fun time during our stay. Furthermore, I must commend the Hotel General Manager for their exceptional management, which ensures everything runs perfectly. I am eager to return to Albatros and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable hotel experience.

Taste of food is quite different in Egypt - not just in the hotel- from what we have in Turkey. Personally I didn't make it a big problem but if you're a foodie and coming from Turkey, it can make you really sad. But the hotel so many choices, so you won't starve don't be scared and do not consider any of those negative comments. Cocktails can be better. Thank god I'm a beer person but tried cocktail once and did not like it at all.

I had some negative thoughts on hotels in Sharm in general before coming to Sharm and staying in this hotel for 5 nights. The location was close to the city center even by walking. The whole staff, the animation team, guys at the reception, all of them were so sweet, kind and helpful. The beach, the spacious room and the balcony... I liked everything! Wish I could stay more! <3 The complimentary dinner was amazing, if you got all inclusive package, do not skip it, it's amazing! I even tried yoga and bachata here at this hotel for the first time in my life thanks to the animation team, haha

Location and panoramic view gorgeous. All Staff from housekeepers to bar working ,animation staff to gardening. We always re comfortable when we ask something. All they re welcoming ppl. All they try to theirs best to fulfill you more and more. We re sorry to leave definitely come again if we find a good deal😎 Even they were welcomed us not only early check in but also late check out up till 9 pm. In addition, upgraded room with sea view

Having visited Sharm El Sheikh many times, we can safely say that this is the best hotel to date. The location is perfect, and the entire resort is beautifully decorated and well maintained. All the staff were fantastic and we were looked after so well. Special shout out to the hotel management Mr Hossam, Mr Sherif, Mr Mohamed Amer; chefs Sayed, Atef, Islam, F&B Mr Essam, Sayed, Islam, Hasan, Hazem, Mohamed, Ahmed, Yassin, reception team Ramadan, Ahmed El Sayed, Ahmed Khaled, Farid, Azab, Khaled, HK team Mr Baiuni, Mr Mohsen, Mr Ali, Asran, Ahmed, gardeners, recreation team, guest service Irina. The food was fresh and tasty and there was a good selection of drinks. The room is cozy and clean. Everything was provided to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to Mohamed Moustafa and Sherif who took great care of us in our room. They were at our service whenever we needed and every day they cleaned our room and left it spotless. They always left us with a beautiful decoration on our bed in the form of some amazing animals - great thinking and artistry! We were very happy and will definitely return in the summer.

my second time here in Albatros Sharm and, again, I've been delighted by the kindness of everyone, starting from the reception, to Irina, to the cleaning people and the waiters at the restaurant (Yassen speaks italian very well !). The position is incredible, the best possible if you want to relax on the beach. Rooms are very clean too. Nothing more to say (maybe a little renewal of the rooms...?). Thank you for feeling like at home !
