It is not easy to find what to improve... but if the wIfi is good, but not very stable.

It is that good that I do not know where to start. We were supposed to stay 1 week, and enjoyed it so much that we extand our stay by another week. The place is amazingly located in the preserved part of Dahab and just in front of the beach. Rooms are small but very cozy, very charming and very well furnished. The garden, the fireplace, the dining room are perfect place to stay, read, relax, and work. The service is as good as in a top hotel, and far above any airbnb I have been. Mimi and her team makes everything perfect, with a beautiful smile and a positive glow. The breakfast is simply unbelievably good, and will make you look any other breakfast you might have as a basic one. We loved it, and will come back for sure.

Some of the rooms have low ceilings — so if you’re tall, remember so you don’t keep bumping your head. And the internet is not consistently functional.

Perfect spot on the beach, super laid back, comfortable and well designed common areas, amazing food, and wonderful welcoming hosts and staff.

This place is awesome. The place is very special you can see Mimis love for details in any corner. Plus some points you cant expect in any hotel, e.g. we have done a little tour at night to watch the stars accompanied with a campfire, tea and music. Besides that the breakfast is outstandig. Every day another theme, pretty much everything selfmade, quality and taste on a 5 star level! Go there!

The tree house room is rather small but that's fine.

The hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The view from the room is amazing. The location has a private beach and is close walk to the beach strip. The amenities are good and i loved our stay and lots of good memories.

Staff were amazing and could not have been more friendly. The accommodation is perfectly positioned so that it is quiet, but getting to places to eat was easy and quick. Snorkelling from the beach was incredible. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We will be back!

The photos don’t do this place justice - it is truly a heavenly spot. Everyone at Beit Theresa was amazing, nothing too much trouble. The food was outstanding highly recommend breakfast. Jasmine also cooked us a delicious Egyptian supper.

My girlfriend and I spent nine nights at Beit Theresa at the end of 2023 and into the start of 2024. The whole experience was fantastic, from start to finish! Location: the guesthouse is located on the seafront, in an area of Dahab called Assalah, which is 10-15 minutes walking distance from the busiest areas of the town. This means you get a lovely balance as it is peaceful, yet close to the action. There are also excellent restaurant and cafe options just a few minutes walk - you can either go along the seafront for fancier places or up into the town for more local establishments. Setting: inside the grounds, there are three different accommodation options: a small standalone cottage with cooking facilities, an elevated treehouse style cabin, and a lodge with a double bedroom, separate shower room and additional storage space. They are well spaced out so you feel a sense of privacy and each one is thoughtfully furnished and decorated. On arrival, we were given a bowl of fruit, plenty of water, and a bottle of fresh orange juice. The grounds themselves are beautiful too - there’s a palm tree, various lovely plants decorated with fairly lights at night, and the front gate opens to a view of the sea. There are sun loungers for guests, bikes to get around, and snorkelling equipment you can borrow free of charge. Breakfast: the resident cook, Nermin, makes the most spectacular breakfasts I have ever seen or tasted! During our time there we enjoyed Lebanese, Turkish, Egyptian and continental breakfasts, and even a full English one day. Each one was so carefully prepared and totally delicious - the Middle Eastern ones in particular were incredible, with around 15 to 20 different dishes to try. These breakfasts were served with delicious Turkish coffee (or standard coffee, but I recommend the Turkish) and fresh juices, including an incredible date smoothie. I generally didn’t need to eat lunch on the days I ate at the guest house.

Just an absolute joy. The high rating is fully deserved in every respect. The rooms are comfortable and cosy. The photos of the view from the Treehouse can’t even begin to do it justice. The breakfasts are on another level altogether. No five star hotel can rival the quality of the breakfast at Beit Theresa. The Egyptian breakfast is one of the best things I have ever eaten, with the continental breakfast not far behind. Really, one of the highlights of our holiday. The hosts cannot do enough for you - they really do pull out the stops to make sure your stay is something special. I did wonder how this property achieved so many 10/10 reviews - now I know. It is just wonderful. We will absolutely be back.

Everything. Mimi, who is a brilliant hostess, was welcoming, super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Anything we wanted seemed to be possible. She served us the best breakfast in Dahab, arranged our tours and made her house feel like our home. The guests also got extra perks like star gazing and film nights with complementary snacks. The staff were were brilliant as well. The house is an oasis of calm and warmth. It is beautifully situated in the calmer area of the city with quick access to restaurants, shops and snorkelling! Complementary bikes, kayaks, snorkelling gear are all available to the guests. A wonderful place to stay.

The location is beautiful. We booked the treehouse, it was a little small. The bathroom and kitchen were downstairs, well made and organised. The attention to detail at Beit Theresa was amazing. They have thought of every single little thing that you would need and wouldn’t think you would need. The staff are lovely, very friendly and go above and beyond for their guests. The breakfast was GORGEOUS! The hospitality, kindness and generosity of everyone at Beit Theresa is something I have never ever experienced anywhere else. I would definitely recommend others to book. If I come back to Dahab, I’ll only stay at Beit Theresa.

We had a couple of nights of noisy dogs on the beach and people talking till very late. Not much anyone could do about this though.

The location is good, just outside the main area. The breakfast is fantastic, very authentic Egyptian. The food is home made and plenty of it. The home made jams are delicious. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

The location, the hospitality, the cleanness, the very delicious breakfast, the night in the mountain and most importantly the very friendly hosts (A big shoutout to Mimi, Salma, Mohamed, and the best cook Nermeen) are all reasons why we loved our stay. A lot of care is given to the details in order to give a home-like experience. And they had a lot of special treats to our little boy. We really enjoyed every moment.
