We arrived at the hotel early and wanted to check in early and go to the hotel, but we could only leave our bags but could not go to our room.

First of all, I would like to thank the person who took care of us at the reception for his kindness, friendliness and calmness. We had to leave the hotel very early and he had our breakfast prepared for us early and someone helped us with tea and coffee in the morning and we were very pleased. The hotel is clean, the sheets are clean and the toiletries are ok and it's pretty good to get this service for this price in a place like Alexandria.

The breakfasts were substantial, both Egyptian and Continental. They were boring after a while, as they lacked variety. No choice of fresh fruit juices, no cereal, yoghurt, or fresh fruit. The entrance was very unimpressive, and badly lit. Not well enough divided from the area used by the public. The swimming pool was not available.

The location,great views over the archeological park, and a short walk from the amazing new Greco- Roman Museum. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and informative. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Large bedroom and balcony in the junior suite. Room service was prompt and efficient with a good menu.

Every single thing view, location and staff.

10 out of 10 is not enough, I would rate the hotel 15 out of 10 over exceeded my expectation. Room is clean and on very great condition. All what you need is there and working. Regarding the view, i can't describe it how beautiful it is, you must see it yourself, the balcony has it is own sitting area for two peoples with table and swing. Internet is a bit slow, but I guess that is normal.

Professionalism and flexibility of the staff and the hotel in general. Cleanliness and high standard of the rooms. From the balcony you have a view of the sea. The balcony was huge in the suite I had. Such a beautiful experience.

Very well located in central Alexandria, close to good restaurants and cafés. Spacious apartment, kind accomodating staff, very clean and well serviced. Easy 5 min wlak from the train station. Great view of the roman ruins from the bedroom and the breakfast area.

At times I had to use the staircase to the hotel entrance when the lift wasn't working and it wasn't very clean. I also had issues with WiFi and water pressure. However, the staff were always ready to solve these issues or provide alternative arrangements.

The street entrance to the hotel is unpleasant and unappealing and could use improvement. Street noise is ever-present, so bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive. The wifi was spotty at times, but overall perfectly acceptable. The daily power cut is between 4pm and 5pm, so plan accordingly.

A wonderful small hotel that occupies the 10th floor of a large modern building downtown, with a full service restaurant on-site. The owner, managers and the rest of the staff were all very friendly, warm and engaging and made me feel very comfortable during my stay. My room was actually three rooms, with a huge outside deck/balcony that offers great views. Clean and well-furnished. Big bed with a firm mattress. Fast and friendly room service. The restaurant was excellent, with a large, varied menu. Presentation, food quality and price were all very good. Laundry service also on-site and expertly done. A perfect location for exploring Alexandria, with quick access to the train station, tram and the Corniche, a 10-mile long walkway along the waterfront. There are ATMs, a couple of cafes, barber shops and small markets on the street level of the hotel building. Many restaurants, shops, cultural attractions and museums within walking distance. I would gladly return for another memorable visit!

Signage to find the hotel could be better. View from room over Roman ruins was fantastic, but square outside hotel was very noisy until 3;00 am - perhaps I was just there on a bad day.

Rooms were huge, well equipped and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good.

I was charged extra breakfast for the 4th person which according to booking.com was all inclusive Booking.com showed 3 beds 2 single and one king but i got 2 queen beds but because of the view and comfort i did not complain either.

The location is good. Easily reachable from the station , i walked to beach and night market. The room is clean , wide and had a nice scenery. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was also excellent.

Had to ask people for location as my phone battery died, I had the address but number 44 was dancing studio on opposite side of rd. power cut meant we couldn’t access room so I’d question safety if there was a fire or emergency.

Went to the address and couldn’t find it - it was in the side road - opposite the Roman ruins which were absolutely beautiful. Power cut so lift didn’t work - we waited outside for half an hr or so to be able to access the hotel which was on 10th floor. Staff very friendly & speak English. My room was very comfortable with massive balcony to view the sea and historic ruins- we had a fridge and a living room with sofa bed so was perfect my son could sleep separately from me. Price was very good. Breakfast was ok also.I recommend it & hope to return again soon
