the employee knocked on the bedroom door to clean and I forgot to put the notice so I wouldn't be disturbed but I didn't open it, I continued to sleep, and he opened the bedroom door and I woke up very scared and couldn't sleep anymore. And I went to this hotel just to rest after an intense month of work, I complained at the reception but I thought they ignored my complaint and I was very upset. I wasn't upset that he knocked on the door because I know it was my mistake, but he could never have opened the bedroom door without permission!

There are two parts to this place, the Pyramid Hotel and the Steigenberger Pyramid Hotel, so working out where to get your meals was a bit of work.

Located in Giza, so close to the pyramids and sphinx. Across the road from the Grand Egyptian Museum, but, and it’s a big but, you can’t walk there. You need to go by taxi because of the traffic and the way the roads are built.

The first room we stayed in needed some upgrades and was pretty lacking in cleanliness. For example, the bathtub was very stained and very unappealing to use. We chose not to shower until we got to the newer room. The second room which was much better had issues with the internet and we had to use our own cellular data while staying in it.

The first night was a more run down room but we changed the next morning and really liked the newer room. The newer room had excellent water pressure for showering and had a clean bathroom. The gardens are beautiful as is the pool. The food at the restaurant near the pool is tasty. The pool area has a wonderful sitting area and one of the best aspects of the hotel. I loved the tile throughout the second room and hope they do that with all their rooms. The chair and table on the patio is great to have since it’s your own for each room

The aircon was loud and didn’t work very well. The bathroom shower also leaked a lot.

It’s a simple no fuss stay. Staff are friendly and facilities are good, a little dated but still clean.

It was fine. Decent value for the money.

The restaurant provides a decent meal at a reasonable price. Also, there is a nice open air area to enjoy the warm weather. The location was very quiet.

Too far away from everything except for the pyramids and the Grand egyptian museum that has not opened fully yet. Ideel if that’s what you want to see but not good if you like to explore the city and dive deep into the city culture. anyway everything is far away regardless

Nice and clean rooms, chick. Liked that it was quiet, and comfortable beds too. Even though it’s isolated, due to it’s location, the hotel had it’s own restaurants and small shop + atm

Its very good hotel... All hotel staff nice and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable... Really the reception guys were amazing, especially smiley faces: Niveen, Alaa,and Mostafa Elsawy, they absolutely top notch, friendly, efficient.

we received our room in short time , room was very nice with all facilities that we required , breakfast in the main restaurant was very good with many varieties and good fresh taste and fast refilling for all the buffet items , we took our dinner in stigenburger restaurant which was fantastic as usual ... hotel employees were very nice and decent , Cairo pyramids hotel pool need some renovation specially surrounding area , pool water wasn't clean enough and was deep for my kids. in general it was a very nice trip .... many thanks ....

very slow response to request, rooms need deep cleaning for curtains we found a ketchup stain in our room curtain and need to spray pesticide for flies and lizards more often

we spent two days cause we had a wedding next to the hotel I love the room terraces overlooking the garden, the room size is good and the live singing at night by the pool was lovely

Good value for mony compared to the same level in Cairo There was no towels in the pool and the guy there asked me to go to the nearby hotel to try to get towels! 😳I went to the reception and they solved the problem promptly 👍 Mr Amr in the reception was very helpful and polite person
