House has all the basic amenities you need but could do with a bit of maintenance, upkeeping and some general love and attention. Hotel Resorts either side of this compound beach have their own pier to get you to the deep end of the corals for both swimmers safety and to protect the corals. The compound where the villas are do not have this and you either have to swim over the corals when the tide is high or use Monte Carlo's resort pier after you persuaded the life guards on the pier. The management or owners of this compound either need to build their own pier for their guests or make sure their guests can use one of the adjacent resort piers.

Location of the house was great with an amazing view of the sea. The beach was small, however very nice and the corals nearby were fascinating and full of life. House was very spacious and swimming pool was perfect for the little ones to play in. Area is very secure and close to a supermarket for your general groceries. A car rental is mandatory to be able to explore the whole of Sharm El Sheikh and all the beautiful beaches it has to offer.

For a self catering villa, the facilities in the kitchen are very poor. The crockery and cutlery was not clean. However, we washed the plates, cups and cutlery that we needed to make toast every morning and ate out every day. The swimming pool was too cold to swim in but the sea was warmer.

Our host, Reda, was amazing! He arranged transport from the airport to the villa and met us with the keys to the villa. He spent time sitting with us and not taking payment until the following day to check we were happy with everything. He sent someone out to get mosquito spray for us and lent us two snorkelling masks and a router for WIFI! He even took us to a shop to sort out SIM cards out which took about an hour and he waiting the whole time. Reda went over and above and text us every day to check all was ok.

Property needs alot of renovations . Hot water does not last if 2 or more people have shower at same time .property from inside needs modernising as it is falling apart .

The electric plugs didnt work with universal adaptors. The host borrow us 1 adaptor and that was the only one that worked.

The villa was very spacious and with a nice view. Pool was full and clean. Bathrooms were clean and the beds were spotless. Extremely comfortable. We were missing a wine opener at the kitchen and once I asked I was provided right away.

Some improvements points: 1- Bathrooms must got new pipes and proper maintenance as the water comes out yellow. 2- The Air condition in the upper master room is not working. They also may need to re allocate the furniture in the room. 3- The chemicals in the pool need to be balanced as my son got allergic. 4- An annual cleaning against ants and lizard may be required.

It was a perfect vacation! It’s a strategic location 5 minutes to old town, 3 minutes to nearest supermarket & mall. 10 minutes to Naama bay. A stunning view to the gulf. Everything in the villa make you feel home from the first 10 minutes. The pool is clean and the jacuzzi is a bonus. The dressing room is very helpful. Hats off to Mr. Reda he responded immediately to all our requests in an eye blink. He is very loyal, professional and extraordinary when it comes to make his guests happy. Also; Abdelghany, is kind, polite and make us feel home. I highly recommend this place to everyone and absolutely will come back very soon.

Furniture too too old. So many missing tools in kitchen .There are so many ant in villa climbing food , all bad, kitchen, our body. House not so clean. There is no pier on the beach so we must go another beach for swim.

The Villa is a little tired but nothing some paint and new pool tiles wouldn't fix. Non of this warrants a problem though. I can honestly say that's it.

There was nothing I didn't like. Me and my family spent a month at the Villa. We had transfers arranged by Reda the Complex manager, on arrival there Reda met us, he ordered a feast for us as it was to late to go out and eat. He ran my partner to the shop to collect some essential. Reda and the team went above an beyond the whole holiday, the villa and pool were cleaned every week for us, new sheets etc. The location is perfect to go out and explore the surroundings. The beach is ideal but take swim shoes the coral is sharp. We will be going back very soon Reda is now a friend of ours and I cant wait to go back.

The Villa could certainly use some updating. The bathrooms are outdated and there needs to be remodeling of some cracks on the walls, bathroom leaks, etc. but again, the view is amazing and beats all!!

The Host, Reda, was amazing! The view was gorgeous and can spend all day looking out the windows and sliding doors. The master bedroom upstairs was huge and had so much space! The jet bathtub was an added bonus for relaxation. The Location was perfect next to Naama Bay. Anything we needed the host, Reda and Abd El Ghana would get it for us right away!

Access to the beach was difficult at best. Maintenance of the pool was poor so it wasn’t very clean. The water felt unclean. I don’t think the filters worked. The property was really far from everything; cafes, supermarkets, shops. It was too isolated and made travelling to and from very costly.

I loved the idea of a villa and the private pool was a great touch. It was very spacious.

All what you need you will find in this Villa. Central air condition is great…. Kitchen, pool, dressing room, Jacuzzi…..etc The view was fantastic…. The villa above the sea and you can the sea from a super location. Mr. Reda is a great host and very kind. He replied in all calls and helped us alot. Thanks Mr. Reda for you hospitality anf all thing you did for us. I recommend to stay in carlton villa …. our Villa was #3.
