The bathroom water wasn’t warm enough for a good shower although we called a technician to fix it and it was still not hot.

We booked a Seaview room, it was really nice & relaxing.

Public transport / tuktuk might not be available on the spot but the hotel was so nice that I did not mind spending extra time there.

Everything! I loved the sleek details, decoration, and room configuration. The villa pool was amazing and even though it was shared with 2 other villas, it felt quite private. Super clean and comfortable.

The shower strength was so low maybe that was just our room? Also the light from the shn kept peaking from the sides of the curtains no matter how we closed them. Nonetheless it was a great hotel

The fish at the seafood night buffet was not really up to standards. Rooms could use extra closet space, a small table and chair with a mirror for make up..etc. The filtered water did not taste good.

Location is great. Food is excellent (breakfast buffet is to die for) Service is top notch. Rooms with private pools are amazingly convenient. Special thanks to all Casa Cook’s team for all their help, service and warm welcome (the names I could recall: Randa from reception, Fatma from breakfast, Mustafa from breakfast coffees, Bassem the waiter).

The room could use some more ambient light, other than the spot lights. Also it would be nice if there were little “kilims” on both sides of the bed.

Lovely layout of the room, the big picture window with a view of the sea and the kite surfers. The lovely terrace adjoining the room. Service was excellent everywhere. Timely and with a big smile :)

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay an extremely memorable one. Their kindness and diligence really made it a pleasure to stay at this hotel (especially Gamil, Saad, Atef and Fatima). The breakfast was fantastic, with a big offering. The restaurant offered many options for dinner and all are high quality and tasteful. We stayed in the premium roof terrace room with a sea view and it was spacious, beautiful and had the most amazing views. The hotel and its facilities and activities were spot on, with things to keep guests entertained and small surprises that add a lot of value to your stay. The beach is spacious and the pool area has a great atmosphere. The hotel has a lot of fantastic small details which really make all the difference. The sustainability efforts are great to see and more hotels should follow. El Gouna is a wonderful destination which is very safe, clean and beautiful. The helpful events manager helped us plan a trip to Cairo in a private car and it was very well organised. Thank you Casa Cook El Gouna!

They gave a my friends and upgrade but not me and I arrived before them. I would suggest they have some more activities in the hotel at night. Maybe beach Bbq or games nights or movie screenings. It was a bit to quite.
