Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PortugalTalking about prices, beware that the receptionist will try by all means to increase taxes and the conversion rate, so be prepared to discuss if you don’t want to get robbed. The WiFi is precarious, only available in the main lobby and even for WhatsApp, it was slow to use. The breakfast was disappointing, with 100 types of pastries all the same and with flies around them, limited fruit options, and no meat options, not even ham.
Don't get me wrong, there is nothing incredibly bad about this place, but for the price paid, it's okay to expect more. The location is good, in front of one of the main streets and a 10-minute walk from the beach.

Egyptentertainment on beach could be moved to other side of beach as its right next to massage area. loud music was too much while getting a relaxing massage. my room 619 was right near the back of local club with loud pumping music. i love loud music but not while getting massage and not while trying to sleep. felt like I was in the club some nights
There was really friendly staff and so helpful if you need anything. I was just bed and breakfast and I was happy with that service and selection of food to eat in morning. Nice hotel room cleaned every day. Great location right in city centre next to shops and places to eat. Really nice beach. Great massage place on beach or in resort for Turkish bath etc. I had massage every morning and a Turkish bath. Great service all round they were so helpful and friendly. Brilliant massages.

United KingdomI stayed in this hotel just for one night before heading to slightly more far away Stella hotel. When I arrived after 5h flight I wanted to take a shower. Had to ask for towels 3 times; after the last time of going to the reception and asking for bathroom towels Housekeeping came then 3 times, first one with towels, second with water (didn’t ask) around midnight, and third time with additional tower at 00.21! (Didn’t ask for it, housekeeping didn’t take no for an answer when I tried to ignore loud knocking on the door at 00.21 and I had to get up 3rd time and open the door to receive additional foot towel I didn’t ask for. I think the guy was trying to be nice but they do not understand at all that they cannot disturb Guests sleeping after midnight just to give smth they didn’t ask for and which was not used. Then when I checked out in the morning, they have tried to blame me that small towel was missing! Rooms are dated, plugs didn’t work, not very clean.

FinlandYou can tell that the hotel was a pearl in 1990. Now its screeming renovation, especially bathrooms.
The pool is beautiful and surprisingly big. The location just near a city centers walking streets is great if you are looking for goings-on at evenings. You have a access to a private beach, even though it takes 3 minutes walk.

EgyptNo car parking area for the hotel or close to the hotel ,, have to pay extra to change the room location from garden view (which was no garden but a high wall )to a pool view. The food for breakfast was a poor quality. We have to buy our drinking water bottles.
The beach was nice & close to the hotel , the swimming pool was clean ,surrounding was comfortable and the pool’s life guard (Mr. Ayman )was nice & very friendly . Room cleaning (Mr. Nader )was nice and trying to do his job as best as he can with the poor hotel supplies. and last the young man( Ali )from the reception tried to help us to get a comfortable room . A lot of thanks to those people.
