I recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadel, a charming tourist village, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The village is well-maintained and incredibly clean, which immediately made a positive impression. The rooms are spotless and well-kept, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. One of the standout features of Citadel is the excellent service. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and well-cared for throughout their stay. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly enhance the experience. The food offered is quite good, with a variety of options to satisfy different tastes. While it might not be exceptional, it is certainly enjoyable and adds to the overall pleasant experience at the village. However, it's worth noting that there is only one elevator available. This can sometimes lead to a bit of waiting time, especially during busy periods. Despite this minor inconvenience, the cleanliness and quality of the facilities make up for it. In conclusion, Citadel is a wonderful place to stay, offering clean rooms, excellent service, and good food. The single elevator is a small drawback, but the overall cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere more than compensate for it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway.

The staff sometimes especially the animation team don't talk a lot with Arabic people. They claim that they have tennis courts, but it's really far away and it's kind of abandoned. Some of the staff members have a creepy way of checking out women, this is annoying sometimes.

I like that nearby you can go diving directly and the beach is clean. You can see a lot of fish. You don't need to go outside the hotel to do activities. They have a Marina, they have a lot of restaurants, they have a Spa and they have parties every day. Some staff members were super nice, e.g. Mr. Hazem Ahmad, the manager of Tagine restaurant. In fact the food was overall good. But especially Tagine is exceptional! The Spa members, e.g. Nevine was also super nice.

Very nice new resort, or at least it looks new to me compared to the others, many adult friendly facilities inside the resort, a choice of restaurants and a club, though the restaurants is a hassle because they have to be booked in advance to secure a table but most of the time it was fully booked so we couldn’t have a chance to try them. Above all very nice and enjoyed the stay

It’s vast, set on a slope which is why all rooms have amazing sea views, but it means you will get your steps in and climb a few stairs as well, which I didn’t mind as it burnt off some of the food I pigged out on

It’s a beautiful hotel with very helpful staff, great sea views from very big rooms, the resort is very big , it’s like its own little village set around its own private marina.

Everything is awesome, nice Cosy place, varieties of activities and very wide place elegant design and comfortable beds and rooms, very descent helpful staff specially Mr mostafa refaee executive department in charge and Mohamed the jacuzzi man and the whole animation team,near by pharmacy and small mart, wonderful stay I hope to repeat.

In need of shuttle service from the resort to Sahl Hasheesh city and close by surroundings to let the customer enjoy walking and discovering the area.. because it is hard to get Uber or whatever transportation service inside the resort for security reason, and they have to go through the gate outside ..! And the lemo service inside the resort is very expensive …!

Superb value for money! We had the most amazing stay here. - The staff and service are impeccable, the staff really go above and beyond in everything. - Everything is so clean and organized. The rooms are big and clean, with an amazing view. - The resort is huge with many beaches and pools and restaurants. - The food is delicious and there is so much variety, and there are meals and snacks and desserts throughout the whole day.

Wished it had more pools. Sprite or 7UP zero is needed as only zero is cola available. Skimmed milk needed in the restaurants. Beter toilet paper quality.

Be prepared for a lot of stairs and walking and not many elevators. There are golf carts and shuttle busses though to help for those who can't.

The resort is breathtaking! Tons of activities to do. The food was amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating and the hotel is great for those with disabilities. Had to extend my stay we loved it so much. Definitely will visit again.

The place is designed in way where to move around you will have to go up and down a lot of stairs. Not very suitable for old people or anyone with problems in their knees. They should provide more elevators and possibly golf cars.

The place is very good in general and the staff are very helpful and friendly it has a very nice beach and multiple good pools. The room view was superior I could watch the sun rising over the sea from my room balcony

There are many restaurant and bar in the resort. But the taste wise, it is really really not up to par. There is room of improvement on the food quality. The location is abit far from the city centre.

Moving from upstairs to downstairs was tiring and not organized that much, I had a baby stroller and at some locations I had to carry the stroller and the baby on stairs (no elevator or ramps) Drinks through the day are not fresh juices, only cheap powder juices which doesn’t meet the value to many payed. (Only breakfast included fresh orange juice)

Some food wasn't of good quality + The hassle of being pressured into having massages and spa treatments, after saying "No" previously + The hotel charges 30€ for a taxi to the airport, while Uber charges 10$.

The resort is beautiful and enormous with plenty of different services available.
