Food variety during lunch was limited

The resort is amazing. The staff are very friendly, especially Mr. Wael, who welcomed as from the first day with a big smile, and he was available 24/7 for any help. I would also like to thank Mr. Amr (security of the main gate) who helped to get my car fixed when I was leaving.

Nothing Just let you know the alcoolic drink are not the best in Egypt so better not to drink

Firstly big thank you for Mr Hosni manager of the hotel on arrival he meet us with big welcome and provide all information of the facility. SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A FAMILY HOLIDAY WITH KIDS THIS IS THE PALCE AQUA PARK 6 swimming pool beach lagoon with swimming fish read sea. The food are very good and testy so complement for the chef. Familly area whit the olimpic swimming pool never see before the hotel in Egypt. You also can go for snorkeling at the pier lunch time are served the beach reasturant with see view beautiful. We feel safe like home . The hotel provide gym tennis court also 2 restaurants a la carte oriental and Italian. I will come back definitely All the best for the team also for animation tem they to perfect job and show are amazing. 10 from 10 🙏🤝🤝🤝

Beach with the reef is it the best but it’s ok. Wish we could use the volleyball anytime during the day. Those are minor. I would go again.

Everything. Kids had a blast in the water slides and we did too. Food is very good (would only have enjoyed more Middle East options). Location is beautiful. Everything is clean.

Hotel is quite old and worn down. Bads are chip and with big holes in center - not comfortable to sleep. Not enough fruits

Everything was beyond perfect :)

Our stay at Akassia was just wonderful! We booked a stay at Akassia with my family to celebrate my father's birthday and it was the best choice ever. What made it so exceptional is the staff of Akassia - always nice, smiling and extremely helpful - they made our stay perfect and helped me a lot with family celebrations. The hotel manager was always there whenever we needed anything and made us feel really special. The resort itself is amazing, just by the sea with lots of swiming pools and any kind of activities you could wish for. The food was amazing and the rooms just great! We can't wait to come back to Akassia.

The entertainment (activities and shows) could be better

I recently stayed at Akassia Swiss Resort and was impressed by the good food and friendly staff, always ready to help. The coral reef was stunning for snorkeling or diving. Overall, the resort is great value for money. Definitely a place to visit!

I did not like that there is no soft all inclusive reservation facility at booking. I am Muslim and I don’t drink alcohol. I obliged to pay for service I did not use it

Excellent location, very clean room and spacious bathroom, staff very helpful and freindly especially Mohamed the housekeeping and breakfast buffet was delicious.

The stage for the evening shows could be a little higher for people sitting at the back

Food was tasty enough but a la carte restaurants served the same food as the buffet so not really a different experience.

Facilities, staff very friendly. Water park very well run and excellent fun. The 50m Lane pool was excellent. Very few people in there, had lanes to ourself. Gym and tennis courts a nice feature. Didn't see these in other parts of Egypt.

Animation team needs to increase their number and activities specially in the morning. Repeated kinds of food specially in breakfast.Some food needs improvement like bean, fish, meat.Hot drinks and no fresh Juice

The hotel variety exceeded our expectations starting with beach day and night times, aqua park, restaurant, animation shows, food and. beverage and at finally not least the stuff were so much kind, helpful with nice smile never ends, special thanks for deputy manager mr. Wael who did his best to welcome each customer as he is the only customer in the hotel but the hotel were almost fully booked with excellent space made us feel free and provide part of privacy for each.

The animation team and some of bar staff aren't quiet friendly with Egyptians. Food needs some improvements (regarding quality and variety)

The aqua park is exceptionally amazing, The receptionists are helpful (special thanks to Mr. Wael the manager for being so friendly and helpful 😍)

Akkassia is an amazing place!!!, as I took the all-inclusive package, I just needed to relax and enjoy with my family, the facilities are amazing for kids and parents as well. The aquatic was the favorite for my kids.
