Over crowded due to half the hotel is going through renovation but the management is handling it the best they can do

Second time there, pleased to meet Mr.Yehia and Mr.Nashat from the reception they never give you no for an answer, also all the main and beach restaurant guys most of them remembered us and felt us very welcomed, special thanks to master chef Mohamed for his welcoming and all your team is doing a great job and you really cook very delicious food. Thanks Blend club management for the wonderful time and the professional staff that are now our friends.

The restaurant manager was aggressive with us and with others. His way of talking with the guests weren’t that great. Specially when I asked for a glass for my coffee. The beds weren’t good too and rooms were kinda old.

The reception was great and the staff were above and beyond. The aqua park was very nice too.

Far from the beach so you will need to take the hotel shuttle back and forth everyday, which is unconvenient. People will not wait in queue. They will cut in front of you at the restaurant, Waterpark, and shuttle bus stop. The only place you can find an organized queue is at the Bar.

They have a Waterpark near the beach so you can enjoy both. Dinner Buffet was tasty. Animation team and housekeeping were kind.

The food could have been better. That’s it.

The hotel is exactly like the photos and what we hoped. The all inclusive vibe means the food quality is relatively low, and the dining hall was pretty packed and noisy, but that wasn’t a problem for us as a family (I think a couple or older people would be a bit more picky). The pool was great (one was closed but that didn’t matter), Aqua Park was fantastic, big and fun, the beach was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment every night. All really easy and fun - no hidden extra costs.

The air conditioning unit in my room was quite loud, even in lower settings. This made it difficult to maintain a comfortable sleeping temperature without sacrificing some peace and quiet. Also, the mattresses in my room were quite firm and uncomfortable to me. Furthermore, only one of the hotel's pools was operational during my stay. While the main pool was nice, having a second option, especially if it was quieter or offered different amenities, would have been a welcome addition.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The main pool was definitely the highlight of my stay. It wasn't crowded at all, which allowed me to unwind and enjoy some quiet time by the water. The staff, particularly at reception, were exceptional. They were always welcoming, addressed any questions or requests promptly, and went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. A special thank you to Mohammed Abdelsamee for his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The common areas and my room were tidy and seemed to be regularly serviced.

In The festival of sham elneseem, they used a lot of real eggs for decoration and kids activities and I see this was a loss of valuable food ,however they could use foam unreal eggs and it will do the same purpose
