Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyI wanna say that the hotel is really beautiful and the location was amazing and we really like the beach But the staff was treating us not good the enmation team they wanna take us to the night club and we don't want but they still asking for that they really disturbing us and the guys who working on the resption they don't wanna use their power to talk with us except rawan and mohamed meselhy they were very friendly and helpful and we wanna thank them for that but other staff was really rude

United StatesThey should provide a coffee tray in the room, and better wifi access. It was only accessible in the main lounge and very unreliable. The food could have been healthier and more varied. Too much sugar and fried foods. I would have liked softer pillows.

The external laisure area (Pools, beach) are good, but the rooms are horrible... the lights doesn't work, curtains fall down, and bathroom amenities just horrible! Staff not prepared, no iron for the clothes! The food is just disgusting and between the restaurant opening house you have no food. Drinks also horrible served in small plastic cups... really not acceptable for a 5 stars resort.

EgyptThe rooms were amazing, spacious, and regularly cleaned. The room service staff was really sweet. The staff in general were really nice and helpful. The hotel gave us a free upgrade. They gave us Suhur free of charge for 4 nights. The staff made our stay most pleasant and comfortable. I will recommend the place for friends and family.

EgyptThere is no transportation facilities from the hotel to any place in Sharm included in my accommodation. (No extra charges) The Italian restaurant was not tasty .
The staff was friendly . The chief in the restaurant was friendly and helpful. The animation team this year was very nice and new activities was introduced . The rooms was great , house keeping made it clean daily . The food quality was very good . The new construction Infront of the loppy was beautiful . The new repairs in the resort was great .
