food was not fresh specially lunch the location of the room is terrible to reach and always get lost because there is no light to indicate to the room in such a huge property no soap, not shampoo, no tooth brush no shaving cream no shower sponge no internet wifi even that we paid for it, but was not working, so they refunded us what we paid I would suggest to increase the price of the room per night to make internet available in the room they could use one or two of STAR LINK devices to provide internet In each room

the staff Mohamed, Gina, Sultan and most of the staff members made us love this place, they offered us everything they could to make our stay comfortable and pleasant they are really great assets to this property

The offer was all inclusive, and when we checked in, I was advised that it is not all inclusive for Egyptians, and beer and wine is not served and I had to pay extra.

The worst check-in ever that lasted for around 2 hours. The hotel is out dated with poor maintenance works apparently, old and worn bed sheets and towels Furniture is poor and old. Not recommended at all for visit through the summer high season. Restaurant is fair, not much variety probably because the hotel was almost fully occupied.

Beach was nice but up to 6 PM only. In house reef from pier is available for snorkeling. Small Marina for Boats so you can enjoy any sea trips without leaving the hotel. Small bazars and large walking area and kids activities available.

In summary, the hotel is not recommended in the summer high season. The Reception is operated with only 2 staff and it's crazy busy for several tours check-in. The check-in was the worst, it took over 1:30 hours to be accommodated. The furniture is a bit old and outdated. The linen and beach towels are also old.

The Beach is very nice and huge with several spots for diving relaxation and even shallow areas for kids. Big plus for the snorkeling from the pier in the in-house reef. The facility is big with variety of activities such as squash, tennis, gym, a big kids playing area and even several bazzars.

It was our favourite hotel in Hurghada, but this visit was disappointment. It is now crowded as became popular among Egyptian. No internet at all. Even in the lobby. Very expensive late checkout (30USD per person for just 2hr) makes it not good choice for the weekend trip, if somebody wants to wait for the bus home on the beach. Not cheap, taking into consideration additional costs added to the oryginał price presented by the booking.com.

Some parts of the hotel is not in use and by the looks of it has not been used for a few years Like the tennis, squash area and the second restaurant next to the beach. They are not taken care off. But it doesnt effect the parts that are in use they are very well maintained.

Best thing with this hotel is the big beach and access to corals right at the hotel. The area of the hotel is large so it doesnt feel crowded. Food was good a classic buffet with alot of options everyday and great sallads. Every evening there was a barbeque option with meat and chicken as well. I also liked that they had an option for egyptian food with all of the meals. Was nice to try some local food aswell. Easy to get there, 20 min in Uber from the central Hurghada.
