Furniture can use an upgrade or repair. Many creaky/wobbly things. Outlets in rooms very loose, gaps between doors, etc.. None of it was a dealbreaker, but you notice it throughout the stay. Animation team was a little too intense and persuasive sometimes.. Let the guests decide if they want to join an activity or not, don't force them.. Music can be quite loud and the playlist in the dining hall should be extended, the same songs played over and over again and you'd hear them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The location, the general friendliness of the staff, and the amount of experiences offered on site. Overall it was great value for money, and perhaps not more should be expected, but there are definitely improvements that can be made.

Wi-Fi needs an upgrade especially as they are in a poor 4g area. Electricity plugs in room need looking at.

Lovely rooms overlooking the beach. Great beds, great linen. Great housekeeping. Chefs and Restaurant manager were lovely. Great food. They made extra vegetarian for us. Animation team were friendly and helpful. Nice beach, friendly Dive centre .

Lunch was poor, I couldn't find any snacks and the offered games (Billiards and ping-pong) were in a terrible condition.

Breakfast was very good. Sea view is amazing. Mr. Sabry was exceptionally helpful and nice.

1- Breakfast need more attention I.E. Cheeses are not good. Bread is not always fresh. 2- the name of the food need to be written and tagged in each plate in all meals 3- we were all inclusive package for egyptian. Hard drink was not permitted in the package although it is permitted for foreigners with the same package. From the other side the soft drink and coffee were very poor.

The food there is no varaities available I'm not paying to eat the last day lunch on the next day And the deserts are the worst The service most of the staff are new they are not trained well The way they treat the guests the worst No air-conditioned at the lobby and at the room the air conditioning is working infeont of the room's door only They are not able to serve the 50% or less that they had what if they have full capacity The pool for four days they didn't clean it Also they don't have enough chezloung for the geusts

1_ I went for a triple room and confirmed this with the receptionist, but what I have was a double room with an old furniture after an argument with the person on charge, they change the room but it was with a pool view. 2_ they don't have something called animation. They just care about some guests and don't have anything to offer for guests(no activities,no night shows,......). 3_ the cup's and classes cleanness, no accurate cleanness for them. They just rinse them. 4_ The breakfast coffee machine was not working for 4 days without any response. 5_ they know nothing about hospitality. 6_ The pool was not clean. 7_ They don't care about the Egyptian people. Even the kids. 8_The barman was so rude, he let my daughter stand for almost 6m or more to give her water and finally he gave her unclean glass and when we referred back to him he didn't even change the glass to let her drink water. 9_ finally, I didn't recommend anyone to go there.

i have been charged for my 2 times . first time at 25th april and second time was recently 10th june after i already left the country when called the hotel to ask ,they said they were using a diving center POS machine. total not acceptable from booking.com at first I need immediate action and need full refund for my stay and my money back which is double charged

honestly I don’t no from where to star. from the entrance of the hotel. the front desk didn’t have a smile on there face they were just working there for the sack of working. we arrived by 9 as we traveled from far and was very hungry asked them if they had there restaurant open so we could just go eat the member of stuff said that it’s close and it was just 9pm and told us they would send the food in the room. didn’t mention what food it would be. if we would like to have it or not. after that they didn’t even explain proper facilities. breakfast was okay but the stuff from the restaurant and diving stuff was only people who were really very friendly which I like the most about the hotel. front desk and the Texi travel was so rude that we didn’t feel comfortable in the hotel and we just left the second day itself.
