On the beach all the Russian tourists go early to the beach to put their towel on the seat to reserve a place and if i go after breakfast i will sit with my kids under the hot sun or at the end of the beach

The pool was very shallow. There were chairs in the pool next to Pablos grill but it was not a bar and we mistook it for one, it was dissapoiting, why have a bar if you cannot use it in any way? The beach was great for families, but there was almost no corals and again it was very very shallow and short, you could not have a good swim on the hotel beach. The worst is that at the arrival they will give you a máp that contains a map of the next hotel V luxory as well, we had no idea if we can use their aquapark or join their activities and so on. Why do you give us a máp of another hotel when we cannot use their things? Give us just the map of our hotel and dont cause other problems. The drinks were server in a plastic cup. There were some small things but for the price it was a good hotel.

The food was nice and almost everyday you couls find something new to try. The activities on the beach were very good and everyday there was a program for us. The staff new english and we cpmunicated easily. For the price it was almost a steal.

Reception team was not very helpful. We had to wait 1h for our room at arrival and when asked for a late check out they made us going up and down for 2days without any answers, just 2h before checking out they said they had no availability and we had to leave the room. Also, they gave us a map on arrival where we could see all the facilities available, but didn’t explain that some belong to the hotel next door !! Be careful There should be a little more music in the evening, at least until 10pm at the bars, they are too silent. The sofa in the room was very dirty with big stains on it, and blackout curtain wasn’t closing properly Wi-Fi is very very weak

We loved our stay at Pyramisa. Loved the facilities , the beach was amazing and there are many bars opened all day were you can get drinks or food ( some are extra charge). The entertainment team was amazing!!! all day long there are different activities on the beach and at night as well! Cleaning team and people at the bars were very polite and at your service. Room were cleaned very well Food at the buffet was ok and different every day. SPA service is very good with decent prices. GYM was well equipped, just need to be kept more clean

The room was average, not seeing the sea despite premium and the toilet was bad. The staff in pool and beach bars were not nice at all. They don't smile and we felt they are not welcoming the Egyptians, we had to wait several times after they serve the foreigners. We made a complaint and Mrs Hadeel told us it wasn't intentional, however nothing changed and we felt a tone of sarcasm in her voice before we check out.

We enjoyed the beach and the night parties . The beach was amazing and the animation team was excellent. The food was of high quality and diverse, and the chefs were so nice, particularly chef Ramadan and Sama and Mr Saadan.

The only downside was the food . The deserts were not the best and the food wasn’t very flavourful . To make the hotel better the chefs needs to work on the menu

The technicians are not qualified and if you have a problem, you may need the whole management team standing over their heads trying to rush them.

The location is really perfect, the facilities provide most of the needed activities, the staff: the vice manager: Hythiem , Hadeel, and Mohamed Bahgat, the animation team, the main restaurant staff are doing their best to providing wonderful experience.

One of the biggest misunderstandings is the bar on the island on the pool. For general guests it's accessible only till 5pm. After that you have to pay for drinks. From what we noticed, in the evening it was always empty. They should think their strategy over because I'm sure people would leave more tips than they earn from drinks sold during the charge hours. There are only 2 towel points. They serve drinks in single use plastic cups with plastic straws at the beach. It's very bad for the environment and non economical. This should be banned. At the heated pool behind first building there's no bar in closest proximity so when you are with children you need to walk to the beach the get a drink. There should be at least a stand with bottled water.

Pyramisa is one of our favourite hotels in Hurghada. Always full satisfaction. For the first time I visited this hotel in 2008 and since then I keep returning. It's a very friendly and welcoming place. Reception: At the beginning we've had a great welcome from front desk receptionist Ahmed Esmael who greeted us with smile and warmth. He gave us a nice room with a lovely view that we wouldn't even expect. He explained everything about the room and hotel clearly. Room: When we arrived to the room, it was one of those already refurbished. Very spacey and modern with a beautiful view from a balcony equipped with a glass table and two chairs. In the room we've found everything we needed for a 3 week stay. Kettle with cups and choice of tea. Hairdryer in bathroom. Large TV on the wall. Very big wardrobe with safe inside. Double bed for us, parents, A sofa bed and second bed for our daughters. Room was clean and tidy with supply of bottled water. Food and restaurants: the variety of food in main restaurant is good. Everyday you have choice of different meet, stews, huge bread station, huge pasta station, a great choice of fresh vegetables and fruits not to mention shocking variety of sweets and desserts. Every lunchtime and evening there's a barbecue outside where they serve lovely grilled meat or seafood. The service in the main restaurant is very friendly and helpful. Waiters and waitresses run along trying to meet needs of all the guests. Of someone is complaining about the food, I think they're just a type of people who complain about everything. Otherwise I wonder what they eat at home because even caviar and truffles after some time of repeating are boring. Lobby, cafeteria, bar: In lobby you will meet your guest relation. A super friendly and always smiling Hadeel. She's alesys ready and happy to help, often outside of her duty hours. If you need any explanation, help or book AlaCarte restaurant, meet Hadeel and she will help you.

So what I didn't like was what we encountered as soon as we arrived, Prior coming I called the hotel and I've confirmed with them that I am paying with EGP and they had no problem with that but that was a dodgy trick! When I've arrived they demanded I pay in sterling to get the all inclusive that was in my booking or pay in EGP and get full board..I was about to cancel my booking but a manager talked me down and made some upgrades to our rooms and we did spend a lovely week at the end of it but one of the guest relation officers was realllllly bad at his job! And the person I spoke to before coming was called amr something they both deserve to be fired for being rude and how badly they handled this situation...so if you're thinking bout coming here just bring some foreign currency and you won't have any issues but if you are paying in EGP find somewhere else...

Well I liked the room, food and facilities were amazing, most of the staff were helpful and nice and I would come back again with certain conditions...

If you are picky about cleanliness, it is better to ask for a full cleaning in advance before your arrival.

We stayed at the Pyramisa Hotel from 9.02. to 18.02, we lived in room 1282 and 1279. Very good hotel! I really liked everything!!) But what pleased me most was the very friendly staff and service👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽. Special thanks to Jacqueline and another girl (unfortunately I didn’t remember her name) They are located opposite the reception, very friendly, if suddenly you have questions or problems, they will help you quickly solve them ❤️ . Very good entry into the sea, sand everywhere. It is also important that there are excellent corals, fish and sunken columns. In any case, we will return to this hotel more than once)) I recommend it to everyone 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽.

We liked the area and how the hotel is setup. In regards the 4 outside areas. we would love to join as well but they where under open sky and thats- why after the sun where down far to cold in February. we did not like the fact as well once you are on the beach that every 5 min is coming a person to sell their product (SPA, photo shooting, diving, ...)

we booked a Premium Room with Ocean few, that was ok. But the room never was 40 square meter and the heating system was not working, because it was quite cold at night time, that`s why we asking for a room upgrade into a Junior suite and with out any hassle they showed us 4 rooms and we could choose. of course we should pay a small few but it was worth it. The food was nice and with 4 outside areas all super. We eat mostly time in the Main dinning room. The food is good but after 3 Days you have the feeling the food is following you. almost no changes. the best is the Crew. very attentive and always a smile. The Hotel Management is very open for constructive feedback, they could do much more outside and different and make it more attractive

The room we had was good, great views but the bathroom needed a little bit of TLC. it was functional though and plenty of hot water.

More than 95% of guests are foreign which is good however their culture and wearing is totally different than Arabs and Muslims

The rooms are not how they look like in the pictures. They are older, smaller and there are no rugs in rooms but they are clean.

The room condition is not good. The bathroom was horrible. Cleanliness all over the place is terrible. There were enormous amounts of food but very little can be eaten. Most of it doesn’t taste good. Even salads.

The beach and the animation team. The place is lively and fun. I liked that there were activities for kids and play area, activities for adults as well. The snacks on the beach are nice.
