Make room more cleaning and put in room safe box

We was in this hotel 10 days,we so happy,all stuff in resepchion and manager every time was kind and helping us .Staff in restaurant was also kind,big hello for them and thanks for milk and sourcream,food was good and big choice,hello sheif 👍 I recommend this hotel, location in Sheraton street,all shops, club and Marina near and beach from hotel so near.We hope back again in this hotel. Thanks for mister Emad I don't remember his name who helped us to have early check in and good room 🙏God bless all , hope see you soon.

The restaurant needs more quality and variety, the hotel shows and events need to be more entertaining.

Electricity and water sometimes not work , bar at beach don't have nothing or sometime big wait but totally it's all good

Food not good. F & B department and other staff ask for tips which is not polite House keeping is very bad The room is not cleaned.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean and the workers there are very nice, especially the reception team. Mr. Imad, Mr. Sayed Bakhit, and Mr. Osama Muhammad. Smoking allowed indoor in the reception was a put-off for us. Wifi only available in reception. The facility/building is relatively old and needs major renovation to match the star category. Food varieties can be improved.

The staff is the big plus in this place. They are working really hard to accommodate guests wishes and leave a good impression about the place to compensate the drawbacks of the facility. They helped us change room types to accommodate our group better which also reduced our total cost 👌🏼, upgraded our rooms to sea view without asking and allowed us for late check out without extra cost. All requests related to room cleaning and toiletries were answered instantly. The restaurant chefs were also nice. The breakfast is ok. The private beach is very nice and the location is great for those looking for walkable distance to the Marina and city center vibes. Security guy very helpful with activity providers with better prices than the agency in the hotel. Overall was good enough for us as we used the place just to sleep.

Although I'm a smoker but their policy is so lenient with smoking-Saw guests and employees smoke literally everywhere. Beach is rocky but not a deal breaker for me. Room didn't have kettle as advertised. My tub leaked like nobody's business 🤣

Although everything worked in our room and the hotel, some parts could do with some renovation.

The value for money! We had such a relaxing and worry-free stay thanks to the helpful and lovely staff in this hotel. The breakfast and dinner had many options I could choose from and everything was tasty. There were recurring dishes, but there was also a little variation in the food every day. I also enjoyed the evening shows and dances. Our room was really spacious and had a view of the sea (even if over another building it was nice). We had our laundry done in just a few hours, on the same day, which was a lifesaver after travelling for many days all over Egypt and running out of clothes. Thanks!

Your restaurant menu must be changed every day, as i have noticed the same menu repeating on our stay. As my group stays all-inclusive category, they feel that and inform me when they go to the restaurant. And Once you get the Asian Group to your hotel please make arrangements to have at least one meal accordingly.

This is the 3rd time I stayed with my group and hope to visit again soon, Very helpful front office staff who know the correct way of treating guest to their hotel from the beginning to checkout. Thanks to a beautiful young lady ( sorry can't remember her name ) and all the others at the front desk. EXCELANT DUTY DONE . OVERALL hotel is very good and what we get for what we have paid. I don't have any complaints from my group during the stay. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel.

Some staff doesn’t speak english

The location is good, close to marina. They have nice sandy beach. The food is good, we didn’t have any digestive problems. You can find a lot of sweets for breakfast. The staff is helpful and friendly, always asking is everything okay.

Staff was so friendly, food was good enough, location is more than amazing, Beach is so close to the Hotel, the Hotel management upgraded my reservation to a sea view room and the view is really awesome.

It was just perfect, starting from the sea-view suite upgrade we were offered knowing that we were a family and preferred to stay together in one room, the view was breathtaking and suite was huge and beautifully furnished. The staff were very friendly with everyone keen all the time in helping all guests and making sure everyone is having a comfortable stay and nothing is missing. The food was nice. The location was amazing in the beginning of sheraton promenade, a very lovely shopping street with anything and everything you need around. The beach is just a minute away, you just cross a two laned road and you're right at the beach which is very clean and has a lovely coral reef. The hotel is exceptional considering it's a three stared hotel, it has a great potential and can earn more stars soon.

The staff are very friendly, helpful, and decent. Hotel location is very special you need only 10 minutes to go to any place in downtown. The food is good value for money.
