Start from the Reception throughout the stay support from all the staff was excellent. Mr William and the all other staff at reception give the any help you need fast, the rooms are ok with little negligible issues with the aircon switches, but we have to understand all over the world hotel trade safered from the Covid and still in recovering period. I recommend to anyone to visit this Dixon Roma when visiting Hurugada . thanks all see you very soon

Everything was just fine!

I want to thank Dexon Roma hotel for Incredible vacation. We have very cozy room with sea view and every day cleaning. I want to thank front office manager Emad for the compleliment and the high level service. Sherif and Said managers were very kind and polite. I lost my phone in a taxi and guys helped me very much to find and get it back. The food was quite good. The Eden beach in 5 minute by walk. I strongly recommend this budget hotel for staying in Hurgadha. Thank you very much!

The rooms were dirty never cleaned. The houseman cared more about making decorations on the bed out of towels that were never change the whole time we were there.

The location and the chef who made our eggs in the morning as nothing else was edible. The chef also made us fresh pancakes. Top chef!

The employee of the reception was amazing and advise me a lot . But the hotel not in beach and they don’t have any access and if you need to enter the beach you should go to another hotel make access then enter Price not bed in this area but hotel need a lot of maintenance and they are maybe one star not more than that

It was a nice holiday at dexon roma. It exceeded our expectations. I just didn't go to a hotel that has high value like this hotel . Thanks to Mr.emad for the free upgrade to Sea View room. The room was really comfortable, and the bar team was awesome, especially kerolls ,fady ,osama ,saher, and ahmed. Really, all of them were great 👍 and the hotel was located in the middle of the city. You are near to the marina and downtown. Also, the hotel has access to an awesome beach in front of it. It's like Beach City, not just a regular beach. All the staff were amazing, everyone was very helpful. I won't regret coming every holiday.

It's my third stay at this hotel. Mr.emad, the reception manager, was supportive he gave us a free upgrade to a sea view room, and also, sahr and aber and sayed all of the reception team was very helpful. The room service was cleaning the room really well. The bar team was awesome kerolls, osama, fady and ahmed heshmat all of them was nice at mixing. The restaurant team was so nice, especially saher also the food was very delicious. The location was awesome. You are literally in the middle of the town. You just have to walk everywhere it was so walkable area. The sea beach was great. You can see the corals there. The animation team was so active and friendly that they are doing great shows every day. Absolutely perfect hotel with great value. Thanks for all the staff for the nice holiday.

Nothing everything was perfect 💯 according to the price you pay.

Actually everything so far was absolutely perfect the reception manager Mr.emad was very helpful when we needed anything he was there for us he gave us a free upgrade to a sea view room (special thanks to him) and the food was delicious you can't really tell that you are in a 3-star hotel saher from the restaurant team was so helpful and kerolls and ahmed heshmat from the bar they were really so good . The location was near to everything. I was in the middle of hughada, and the hotel price is so low according to the value you get. That's what we liked the most. The sea beach was so close you get there just by going the other side of the Sheraton St. I see some guests put bad reviews on the hotel. Maybe they expected they would get a seven stars hotel service by just paying a few dollars. Some people just don't see what they actually pay, or they give reviews by high expectations, not by the value of the hotel anyway it was an awesome experience for me and I'm looking forward to come again and again.

This hotel looks like an abandoned haunted hotel from the movies. It's dark, with very few employees and broken stuff all around. We got the all inclusive package, so our first impression was having lunch. And there was a man at the buffet controlling the amount of meat served (to an all inclusive guest!). Ok, let's go to the room. We enter the toilet to check and looks OK at first sight. Not that dirty, but when we use it there's rest if VOMIT from a previous guest. The situation was so ridiculous that me and my wife just laughed of being in such a terrible place. Pool dirty green, of course. Alcohol beverages served in a small plastic cup (after the first we just gave up). But the absolute worse was discovered that one door from our room led directly to another room, WITH NO LOCKS! We opened it to know what door was that and there was a guest sitting in his bed. The most awkward/scary/unsafe room I've ever been. So we got back to our room, try to "lock" the door from inside, moving a table and just decided to leave the hotel the next morning. Don't ruin your vacations. There are other options nearby. Just don't even consider this place.

The guests are very low standard The hotel is NOT beach front as said but has an access to a puplic beach The food is not good and also not bad but very small varietys Tge restaurant stuff i can't judge the all but the is one called " Islam " was sooo impolite and not helpful
