Since I already booked pool view room and I noted the availability of that because not too much guests were there. Unfortunately, they were gave me a bad view, very far room to the services, old furnished one and totally mismatched to the one on the website … However, I refused to stay there in this bad selected one and took my stuff to leave this resort. Yes they were addressed the issue and changed the room but this was after a much stress . I really consider it as a bad experience.

We arrived around 4 in the morning and made sure we booked for the day prior so the room would be ready, when we got our room assigned the room was disgusting and clearly not cleaned especially the toilet was super dirty with sh*t in it. We called someone and they came to clean the toilet immediately. We eventually went to go for breakfast and the guy at the reception assured us that the room would be ready afterwards, after having breakfast we went back to the reception and the guy assured us that everything was done, when we went back to the room it was still untouched so we had to wait hours for someone to clean it. Atp we were very tired from our travels and just wanted to sleep, we waited outside till they cleaned everything. Your room didn’t get cleaned everyday unless you explicitly ask for it, and the worst part was we had to wait like 2,5 days for new towels even though we had asked the receptionist a billion times. On top of that the hot water didn’t work in the room anymore (neither did the tv but that was minor) and they sent someone twice after hours of waiting once again, to fix it but it couldn’t be fixed and we just wanted to shower, I went to the reception to complain once again (atp I was complaining about everything because the service was horrible and it took hours to get listened to) and he said he could give us another room, eventually this took like two hours as well and there was a lot of miscommunication between the previous shift and the next one so we got sent to the wrong room thrice which is just so unacceptable. At last for the last 3 days we got upgraded to a lower room with pool view. I eventually got a call from the guest relations manager and told her that the service was absolutely horrible and they really need to work on that because there’s so much potential. The guest manager apologized and someone immediately (!!!

It was really big with a lot of pools (only one of them is heated and only two of them were really deep), the restaurant staff was super kind and funny and were always checking up on you (besides the tall guy with the black blazer on he never greeted us or smiled or anything, very unprofessional behavior) there were two supermarkets because you are quite far from the center, you had two souvenir shops and some shops were you could get swimming attire. There were two spa’s and some extra restaurants outside apart from the main one. There was a show every evening in different locations and the beach was on walking distance.

Their taxi is super expensive, it is cheaper to just walk outside and get a taxi from there. We asked if we could be in the same room but apparently it was not vacant (even though it was until like the last three/ four days of our stay) but it was no biggie. We also asked every day for a hanger for our clothes outside but we never got one so that was a bit annoying that we had to dry our clothes on a chair instead. Tv wasn’t working in this room either. AC made the room very dry. The other restaurants aren’t open every day.

We extended our stay because everything was finally up to standard. Mohamed ibrahim was very helpful at the reception when we needed anything he would immediately send someone to bring it to us. Faris from housekeeping would clean the room and add any extras if needed. The pastry chef in the restaurant would go above and beyond for us so thank you chef ( I dont remember his name im sorry), also the chef with the pirate hat was so great as well, together with the F&B manager (?). They made our stay very memorable. The guest relations manager would check on us every 3 days and they would send us a fruit platter every day together with cookies so thank you for that. Also their beach is wonderful!!!

First room we were assigned was absolutely foul with cigarette smoke but they moved us after the first night and all was okay. As we were diving alot we didn't pay for the drinks package. Which ment using cash at the bars. Nowhere seemed to have change. Even reception would put their hands up and say sorry. A bit of a pain at times but easy to get around by starting a tab if the bar staff would let you. Which they almost always did.

Staff were exceptional. Service is excellent. Food was fantastic and the restaurant manager is one of a kind. My wife is celiac and there wasn't enough that he could do to make sure she was okay for every meal. An outstanding gentleman in every regard.

Had to move rooms as added extra night and room smelt a bit damp the staff came to rectify this but it came back think the aircon filters needed a clean if this is done regularly would be no issue. First room we stayed in was a lot better

We force to book 2 double rooms for 3persons.. During message conversation they insist 2 adult for double room only. However, they assign us a triple room and 1 double room for our 3 pax occupancy. Feel cheated.

There is 3pax room, but no triple room offered, and during property conversation, they insist only max 2 adults per room, force us to do 2 rooms reservation. When we check in, we get 1 triple room for single occupancy and 1 double room for 2 persons. Feel cheated.

When we checked in we were given a room that had a leak from the ceiling and was shabby. After speaking to reception, we were given a better room on the first floor. Location is away from city. So dinner was at the hotel as no restaurants around. They do offer a full board option, but it's not on bookings.com. Hotel caters to families.
