They change dinner and breakfast to be set menu instead of buffet. Also, heater wasn’t working. And aqua-park wasn’t working in full capacity. The reason was the hotel in low occupation. So i don’t recommend that hotel at all. I’ll never go there again or recommend it to anyone of my contacts.

Probably the best hotel and service in ain sokhna and Galala. Highly recommendation for other than Egyptians, super aqua Park particularly for families , kids will love it Rooms r super cool and clean ،sweaming pools r superb , food is amazing . The only problem is the beach , u needa remove those rocks as soon as possible.

*The far distance of the resturant from the rest of the resort, however hotel still providing an easy internal transportation by golf cart. *Animation team was friendly but needs a little improvement for kids activties. *My booking was halfboard as regular but I would like to suggest to add an option to get brivilage and snaks as a package with extra cost for the kids after the pool activity. * Climate was a little cold and pools were not fully heated.

*The resort is devided into three main blocks with a vast and wide area with sea view, each block has couples of aqua and pools suitable for kids and adults as well. *The resturant was outstanding in food quality with different variaties all dishes, salads and desserts. *Hotel staff was excellent and veey friendly and keen to get customers feedback to improve on spot. *Rooms and facilties were very clean even outdoor locations. *Hotel has a nearby private beach with a shuttle at regular close time schedual. Hotel location was not to far with easy accessibilty.

The room setup was horrible The room lacked basics like telephone, cleanliness, carpets Access to the room was only from the terrace which felt very unsafe Water bottles inside the room were opened and filled with tap water, Towels & bed sheets were dirty and had stains Air condition was malfunctioning The room was very far from the reception and services area, while Golf cars were hardly available Food sucked and was with very limited choices and quality. This hotel by any means cannot be a five star hotel, It was a complete rip off compared to the price paid.

The room was smiley and bathroom was dirty too. The aqua park so primitive, the slide’s doesn’t work , there was suamt of dirty water while going up the slides , worst aqua park new go to it again.

This is not a hotel , it’s a motel. I felt uncomfortable and the service and food was very bad , advise don’t go to it.

The food in the restaurant is very poor quality not value for money, food served would suit 3 stars hotel not 5 stars at all.

The roads to ain alsokhna are still under construction so a lot of bumps on the way

The timing was perfect for us. Only a few families were around so it felt like the entire place was for us . The staff were phenomenal and they opened one of the slides for us on the last day of our stay when they knew we were leaving and wanted to do this slide before we leave. Ahmed at the reception is a very helpful gentleman. Shout out to him

The room door couldn’t be shut well ( 1102). One of the beds creaks. The golf car is hardly available within the facility. The main swimming pool has no stairs to get out of the water. To access the beach , you must go to a different hotel ( TOLIP Majestic).

There are plenty of water rides for all ages. The pools are clean and big. The staff members were always willing to help. The buffet had a variety of delicious food on both breakfast and dinner. The room is spacious and smells good,overlooking the amazing pool. Greenery everywhere! The beach of TOLIP is amazingly clean and sandy!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family based on the description provided on Booking.com, and I must express my dissatisfaction with the discrepancies we encountered. Firstly, we were misled by the claim that the hotel is 'beachfront'. There is no beach access, and guests are left to rely on an hourly shuttle bus service that starts inconveniently late at 11 am. The bus itself is in poor condition, which further exacerbated our displeasure. The dining experience was wholly unsatisfactory. The lack of variety coupled with substandard ingredients resulted in meals that lacked any semblance of taste or quality. The hotel facilities are in dire need of maintenance, and it's evident that there's a lack of attention to detail, as highlighted by the inaccurate Aqua park schedules. The 'Day-Use' setup is an ill-conceived idea that significantly diminishes the quality of service for overnight guests. While the staff are commendably friendly and try their best to assist, it does not compensate for the multiple oversights in the hotel's management and service offerings. Our room, albeit spacious and presentable, cannot overshadow the overall disappointment of our stay. I urge potential guests to consider these points carefully and hope that the hotel management takes this feedback seriously to rectify these glaring issues.
