EgyptThe Value of price is too high ..we reached there at 1:30pm and we received the room at 2:20pm too late .. there is no priority for the guests to play in water park it's same with day users... Timing of the facility it's not good starting from 10am to 5pm and we are on summer Timing.. the quality of food for breakfast and dinner is was not good

The room size and view and the accessibility to the aquapark. The Aquapark itself, technical and other staff, specially the cart car staff who come to pick us up from the room to the lobby/restaurant and other far off places.

KuwaitSome of the rides in aqua park were not clean. Bathroom even though clean required more maintenance. Drinking water bottles only 2 given additional are chargeable.
Its an amazing property. Aqua park had all good rides and almost all of the rides were clean. Deluxe rooms are very big and specious. Cable car ride near by with discounted price for hotel guests

The stuff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The aqua park is good and the games are very nice, but i had a concern that they close some of the games alot of time. The room was very nice amd comfy but the bathroom needs restoration. The food was good.

Saudi ArabiaHouse keeping is really bad, rooms are not clean regularly, towels are not clean, torn up and not available we kept asking for more towels from the receiption and house keeping and they ignored our calls and requests with No house keeping in the night. The hotel is not at the beach you have to take a bus to go there and the beach serve all hotels in the area.

EgyptBeach is so rocky, I don't recommend at all. Cleanliness less than expected (3-4 stars). Restarant: acceptable quality but limited options particulary in breakfast buffet and desserts. Maintenance less than expected in aquapark; many games not working or just works for very limited time of the day like the pool with artificial waves.
Staff were co operative. Rooms are spacious compared to other hotel rooms.

EgyptI didn't like that many Aqua Park (3-4 main water slides) were not working...and some of the others were not ready at 10 AM as it was supposed to operate! I also didnlt like the fact that the hotel didn't have any tour or transportations to Porto Sokhna Beach.... Yes, there's a beach near the hotel where you can go via the hotel shuttle but that beach is not sand but rocks. I felt I was with my family in an isolated area without any way to get out of the resort to visit the restaurant complex or the beach at the Porto Sokhna....the resort has a resident doctor, and this is good, but I needed eye drops (for 24 pounds) and the delivery fee was large...about 75 Egyptian pounds (more than double )
