Everything about the hotel was expectional, We came here for our anniversary trip from London and had the most incredible time ever! The guest concierge ladies specifically Menna samir, guest relations supervisor & Gihan whom took care of us throughout our trip and made our trip extra special and we are grateful for them. The food was delicious, the hotel activities were wonderful. The overall experience was extraordinary. We will be 100% returning again.

Adult hotel does not have immediate access to the beach, need to get a shuttle ride to it - this was a little frustrating.

The experience is beyond amazing ! I highly recommend going to this hotel ! The service is Amazing from day one we entered- Special thanks to Miss Gihan was always happy to assist even before i reached the hotel , Mr Faramawy knew i was giving mum a treat and it was our first time ti visit he upgraded my room to a suite such a beautiful nice gesture from him 😊😊 thanks a-lot , Miss Merna helped us alot to finalize the check in process and kept us having our welcome drink sitting , the food ,beach and pools are amazing ,everything is classy and luxurious. Rooms are new ,spacious and have everything you wish for . The Room service is amazing . The people are always welcoming , smiling and ready to assist you anytime :) definitely wont be the last time to visit :)

Having lunch and dinner gave us some hard time owing to the extremely exaggerated prices per person or the portions offered in the hotel-affiliated restaurant. We had to check for delivery from nearby restaurants which had relatively reasonable prices, however, not all of them were operating as the official summer season isn't up yet.

The staff are very pleasant, polite, sweet, and cheerful. Upon check-in, they offered us an upgrade to junior suite in a nice gesture. The hotel is extremely clean, despite they are still in transitory phase from Regal heights to Rixos trademark. The beach is unbelievable with clean white sand and crystal clear blue water with gentle waves. The breakfast was very good.

It was a very enjoyable visit in all aspects of reception, cleanliness of the place, other services and the attention of all the staff based on the visitor, the food is delicious, and they have more than one swimming pool, the entertainment is fun for them and beautiful. They have special sections for children, the diversity of atmosphere and music and special thanks to some employees who are credited with making my time fun: Mr. Ahmed Ali (disc managers) It was a great reception with a beautiful smile. Mr. Joe() Entertainment departmen Professionalism in work and dealing with all visitors and love to work and win people's love And I'm very happy with your dealings and I'm honored to know you and the reason for the first one's love for stay. The classy treatment is very happy to know you, Mr. Joe. Captain / Ali (Relaxation( Master at work and create a great atmosphere Captain / Farouk (Marine Games Department) I'm very happy to have a professional in water sports and his extensive experience in the field. Mr. Mohamed (Entertainment Department) I loved the atmosphere of music in which he makes beautiful days and immortal memories. Captain /Alina (Entertainment Department) I attended sports classes and it was fun and made the person come out all the negative energy and then I attended the yoga class for the first time and was very professional in explaining and how to deliver the information. In conclusion, I thank the hotel for attracting a professional staff, and I will repeat the experience and recommend visiting it.

My stay at Rexos Al Alamain was nothing short of spectacular. The only problem I had during the check in, I booked a superior room with breakfast ,however, it turned out that this room was in another building far away from rixos towers and the beach and that wasn’t clear at all on booking. So I had to upgrade my room to deluxe in order to stay in the rixos towers. The staff was helpful and explained to us that this mistake won’t happen to other guests again.

Everything was perfect, the staff was helpful and very welcoming, the food was delicious and a lot of options were available. Also the beach and the location was perfect.

I have extensive experience in hotel openings and have stayed in numerous top hotels worldwide. Overall, there is a very strong management team, but frontline staff require retraining. There are too many employees without accountability, and most of them don't fully understand their job responsibilities.

I really like the manage team, specially Mr Karim Mohamed is extremely professional and passionate, always finding ways to meet the needs of customers without making excuses. He is a very competent and dedicated professional manager.
