Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe hotel is not in a good state and is now pretty run-down. Quiet loud, as the harbor is opposite and the roads are very busy the whole day. But for a short stay it's okay.

We were not expecting much given a few negative reviews and v good price. We were pleasantly surprised. Location was good for us, across the road from the Go bus station V large room and provided kettle when asked. People v friendly. No hassling from the locals, we sat and had coffee with locals at coffee shop across the road. There was a pool but we didn't use it, also a restaurant. I would stay there again

The hotel is right downtown, about one minute drive from the main road. The hotel was clean and the price was very good too.
