I recommend to include breakfast in the booking. The price was fair as well.

Very kind personnel and a very fair price. All was clean. Very lovely welcoming and adorable decoration of the towels with flowers. The pool was good.

Crazy amount of mosquitos in my room, don't know where they come from, I didn't left door opened or something.

They are offering pretty much space for the price, welcoming drink, staff is very nice and positive, some pools around. Not far away from sea and center. I was satisfied.

Aircondi is loud. Breakfast is very poor. No fruits. One egg is given. Do not buy it. Dinner is overprised.

The hotel itself and its equipment are a bit old. needs renewal. But that doesn't stop you from staying there

The staff at the facility is very helpful, very caring, sometimes even family-like. Receptionist Tarek is very kind and a very good person. I also thank Tarek. Ebrahim, the security guard, and Sahef, who works in the restaurant, are there for you whenever you need them. Yes, the hotel and equipment are worn out, but the employees more than make up for this gap. We left our luggage there and walked around comfortably until the night. The reception is open 24/7. breakfast has a lot of variety

The place could be updated, also not many food places within walking distance. The pool wasnt open long enough and could have been cleaned more.

The sink water was brown when turned to warm and temperature of the shower was quite temperamental. These things didn’t cause us an issue though and stay was still perfect

Location is perfect and staff are amazing! Very welcoming atmosphere with free drinks on arrival and in the room. Room is large and clean and the pools are perfect too with really comfy seating! Make sure to close the balcony door to not let mosquitos in. Overall really does the job for a place to stay in sharm if you’re intending on mainly being out and about in the day.

Water supply. The pressure and drainage were good, but the water itself were kind of strange, maybe it's because of the area of this city.

The only thing that I didn't like is the breakfast that was so poor

The staff was so so friendly - receptions (I remember one of the name was Mohammed), security, managers, life guards, everyone who is working there. They always focus on to solve the issues for every situation - inside of hotels and outside as well.
