It was an amazing stay.. Quick and early check-in with a friendly receptionist Esraa. Nice,clean and cozy room with sea view Clean bathroom and comfort bed. Nice beach minutes away from the hotel. Good breakfast and free WiFi. All staff were helpful and friendly.

Beach is far (10-15) min walk and not the nicest beach and no towels or toilet paper in room but you get what you pay for.

Very friendly proffesional hospitable staff only stayed there for 1 nigh. Rooms are good if u need a place to sleep. I cannot stress how good and friendly the staff are.

Good hotel in old sherton road hurghada. It's bit expensive compared to price and services provided. I should have looked for more cheaper option nearer.

Hotel description on Booking.cm was not clear, I was under the impression it’s seafront with a direct access to the beach , the reality is you have to walk like 7 minutes holding the towels to reach a small busy humble beach. Room is very modest , bathroom needs refreshing, Every time we use the shower , the toilet was flooded as there is no shower cabinet, no basin and the curtain was short so the water goes every where. Generally it’s a humble budget hotel so don’t expect high luxurious accommodation

- Staff are excellent, always welling to help. - Nice breakfast , has both traditional Egyptian food and continental selections. - family room was spacious. - hotel site is nice as it’s 8 minutes from the city center with the taxi. - value for money.

The only thing was that there was never any hot water. They tried to fix this issue 3 times but we were never able to have a hot shower. The room was quite dusty ( you are in a desert so maybe understandable) although the sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. Let's say cleanliness could be improved but this is quite a common issue in Egypt where the cleaning staff are mainly, or let's say 99.9%, men. Mosquito nets would be a really good thing to have.

We had the junior suite so the size of the room and the balcony with a sea view were a definite bonus. There is a road and a building between you and the sea but it is very nice nonetheless and the road is not too noisy. The location is excellent as it is a 5 minute walk to what they call the Mamsha which is a never ending pedestrian area where you can walk for miles. There are shops and restaurants and top class hotels here and to be honest it is quiet by Egyptian standards and you do not get hassled much by shop owners- very soft. The staff are very eager to help and the waiter even went out to buy yogurt for us as we did not want omelette for breakfast There is a restaurant onsite but we never tried it as we always went to the mamsha and were only there for 2 nights. Unlike many many hotels in Egypt paying was not a major ordeal. The price of the hotel was what was stated on booking. com and we were able to pay by credit card or cash. There is a corner shop right next door and a pharmacy as well as parking, which was very convenient. There is a fridge and a safe and they also brought us a kettle.

I checked in a little early which was great but the room had no towels or toilet paper so the bellhop had to keep running back and forth to get stuff. The towel rack was broken off the wall and sitting on the sink. The floor had not been mopped and was very dusty.

Very convenient location between the two popular areas of hurghada but quiet at night so you can sleep. 24/7 convenient store right downstairs. Good air conditioning and very nice service from everyone.

The Junior suite is pleasant and worth the money. Amro the assistant of the room is a very friendly and a helpful man. Plus he speaks good English. Also the day and night reception are nice people.
