Bad smell in the toilet and the corridors of the hotel. There were no plates/spoons/forks/knives/pans in the kitchenette. The kitchenette was totally empty.

The SPA and GYM! It’s run down and neglected and needs a full over haul…immediately! Although I enjoyed my massage it was in a room that had the most filthy walls!! SHUT IT DOWN and don’t offer it in a room package!! I paid extra for an hour use and the sauna was not working and the steam room was moldy and the jacuzzi not available. I really should demand a refund! The room furniture was sad although the bed was comfortable. linens were ripped and fabric decor on bed probably wasn’t washed in months! The whole bathroom needs a good scrub and disinfecting!

The beach is the best part of the property (more sand than rocks)! Unfortunately the furniture is needing help! Thankfully the workers were wonderful!

The building is a bit old, not bad... You will notice that the rooms are used up. I think it needs maintenance.

The food is very delicious, the staff is wonderful and very friendly, the sea is calm, and the pool is very clean. You will notice from the moment you arrive that everyone there wants to make you happy, is interested in your requirements and desires, and is happy to provide services.

The drainage systems in our room smelt very bad for long periods of time. At one stage we didn’t have running water in our room but that was fixed by staff within 1 hour of the issue arising. Water leaked from the toilet/system constantly so the floor was always wet. A light on the wall crackled ever time it was turned on, sounding like it would short out. The bathrooms could do with upgrading. Being a foreigner (even though I am a resident and married to an Egyptian) I was expected to pay in USD. My card wouldn’t work paying in USD so the hotel took the payment in LE.

The location is amazing, the beach was clean and such a close distance to rooms. The main pool is large and a good temperature for swimming. We didn’t use the indoor poor or the other pools available. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Our small room was upgraded for free to a two bedroom unit which had two small bathrooms as well. We travelled through Ramadan and were given good iftar and suhoor meals. Suhoor was severed in our room which was great. During this time the hotel was very quiet which suited as perfectly, it was very relaxing and everything was easily accessible.

My family and I spent a delightful few days at this fantastic hotel. The staff, particularly those at the beach, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, contributing to our enjoyable stay. We appreciated the closed pool and enjoyed good food throughout our time there. Despite the chilly weather, I also had a pleasant experience in the open pool.

I think the restaurant needs more staff in the busy days, especially the breakfast. They were doing their best, but the number was not enough to clean and organise the places for everyone

Not enough beach activities, very small TV, we faced problems with the keys that were not working very well but the front desk staff exchanged them for is easily I got disappointed when I realized that the waching machine was not working 😅

Friendly staff and, familiar and safe environment for all ages specially kids the DJ and Animation team were realy friendly and did their best to make everybody happy The kitchen staff are very hard workers and also did their best to provide a clean and comfortable environment with delicious and clean food.
