Second stay at this place and it's even better than last time. The rooms are clean and comfy and the roof setup is cosy. The staff were respectful and helpful with all our requests, especially Adnan who made our stay easy and comfortable.

The hot tub has too many insects floating around for it to be enjoyable - there should be a cover when it's not being used.

A good option if you want something between a hostel and a hotel. Clean and modern. Friendly and considerate staff, thanks Adnan and the rest of the team.

If you're looking for a room with a view, look elsewhere. There are some empty lots on this street, and you might want to check that construction isn't happening during your stay. I seem to recall the property description mentioning a garden view; I didn't see that. But if you're just looking for a clean and quiet place to sleep,this is a pretty good value.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable room, good AC, pretty solid wifi. Shared bath was always clean. Quiet side street, but close enough to everything. The host (Adnan) was helpful and easy to communicate with. I booked for 5 nights and extended for a week.

Peaceful atmosphere

Clean, peaceful and the staff were very accommodating, particularly Adnan, at the end of our stay he was kind enough to let us leave our luggage once we checked out at the property and offered to use the shower room before we left.

Elite Residences is a home away from home. Spotless apartments with hot water, strong WiFi (I was able to stream, research, and hold zoom meetings without issue), cold air conditioning, full kitchen with working stove and appliances. Adnan, the manager, was helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. He and all the staff members made themselves available day and night to answer questions and assist with making my stay at Elite and in Dahab comfortable. Beaches, diving schools, shops, restaurants, and fresh markets are minutes away, all within a short walking distancing from Elite. Do not hesitate to book your stay here! *I extended my stay here twice so you’ll see this review multiple times but I stand by every word.

Maybe bikes for rent?

The location of the hotel is mere 10-15 min walking distance just off the busy tourist spots and streets e.g. German Bakery in Lighthouse. The hotel itself gives me more of a B&B or self - catering apartment vibe, which is very nice as it feels more authentic,, local, peaceful and I felt very safe while staying there with my son. I would say the place is not suitable for small children. My 5***** go to Adnan (friendly, attentive and very enthusiastic guest manager) who is ready to twist and turn to keep his guests happy- should it be a friendly laugh and conversation, a room upgrade, tea or coffee, or a quick run to the nearest pharmacy when you badly need it and can not make it yourself. He is an absolute sunshine. My absolute favorite is their "Egyptian corner" on the rooftop where to relax in the evening and meet up with new people. I travelled off season, so it was nice and quiet there!

It is not beachfront and about 10 mins away from the center.

The property located in quite area and you can see both the sea and the mountain from the roof top. The place is super clean and the staff is really nice and helpful. Thanks Ahmad and Adnan for your hostility and will see you again
