It's a hotel run by military, so it'a little weird - we were only guest at the time so it added to the weirdness, but all in all, nice and cheap place to stay

Breakfast is a bit poor, but ok. The room was full of mosquitoes when we arrived, we had to ask for insecticide to get rid of them.

The location overlooking lake Karoun is beautiful, there are gardens and nice seating areas on the lake.

Lots of stairs, no wheelchair access, old furniture, food tastes okay but really needs more variety. Should be 3 stars hotel. 4 stars is way overrated

The pool wasn't actually on site but across the road. There was a tunnel under the road so no need to cross the traffic. The dress around the pool was very conservative so please bare this in mind when packing. The shower curtain didn't go to the floor and the bathroom was very wet after showering (although a mop was provided).

The staff were friendly and helpful. All the rooms (we had multiple rooms booked as a group) were clean and had everything we needed. One room had faulty aircon but the room was changed with no problem. The food, which we had opted to have included in the price, was basic but did the job after a long day exploring. The breakfast was fine. The hotel is in a good location and is easy to find.

AC was not working properly since the day one, some furniture needs to be replaced and the master room doesn’t have a door key

I reserved a suite (2 bedrooms and a living room). The living room without air conditioner, just a fan.

The facilities are not so helping. The pool, which is small is available for outcomers not families as well. No other facilities available.

The staff were very friendly and supportive, the reception, the resturant, and the house keeping. They were well taking care of us.

During breakfast i went to the bathroom to wash my hands, but the sink was washed with kolor , that cause to damage mine and my son hoodie. That was very bad.

location is far from the camping area & activities, the road to the hotel from Cairo is very bad & road to the Rayan valley is a disaster. There is no cafe in the hotel & you can not order drinks in the room.

Well organized and the staff is friendly. Specifically, the general manager has high management skills & follow-up, the Housekeeping team is excellent, Reception process needs more improvement.

We had difficulty checking in as the desk clerk and gate sentry had no English. The hotel is a considerable distance from many of the popular destinations (waterfalls, Wadi el Rayan, Wadi Hitan).

The hotel was clean and the grounds were well-manicured. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and sufficient. Our room was basic but comfortable and our balcony afforded a pleasant view of Qarun Lake. The hotel has an attractive activities area on the lake shore with many lounging spots, gazebo, cafe and a small swimming pool.
