United KingdomI chose your hotel as we both love dancing. So as you state on your website you have a night club so thought it would be perfect. Nothing on your website says the night club will be closed if you're not busy with guest so we were very disappointed and wouldn't have booked if we had known. Your rated as a 5 star this is not true .yes your good value for money I agree. But in this case it's true you get what you pay for. As we had been travelling round Egypt for a month we found it difficult to find somewhere to eat without being ill. So as your all inclusive thought it would be safer to stay with you the last 12 days of our trip. The choice was good and we wasn't ill with a bad stomach. Although it's not 5 star food .

EgyptThe food was really bad (overall we stayed for 3 days) and we had diarrhoea every day:( Not much choice of food unfortunately. They cooked with one saugage 3 meals. Very poor entertainment programme. Only wi-fi is at the lobby (reception) so if you need to use it you need to go to the reception. When we checked out at 12pm we couldn't eat lunch afterwards so bare in mind if you having a later flight then you cannot each as the wristband has been cut off straight away.
The staff is friendly and location is amazing, very nice beach and the hotel has lots of swimming pools (with cold water though) but the waterpark is amazing we had lots of fun, but one slide the big one was broken..

Egypt1-rooms' furniture need to be renovated and maintained 2- room's bathroom needs more maintenance and renovation 3-food quality should be improved especially breakfast meal as it was very limited and poor with varieties however you may think that breakfast is a basic simple meal but literally it was disappointed with serving ,in addition lunch and dinner were normal 4-snacks on the beach are not recommended ,very poor and limited

United StatesWe skipped the meals often, the people were pushy and seemed to not understand the concept of a line. I think the hotel could control this by simply putting up some railing or rope along with a few staff to direct traffic. The property is off the beat and path but everything you need is there.
The pools and slides were great fun and well kept and clean! The property was clean also. The tour desk on site was great we loved our desert safari! Also tried the fish doctor spa by the pool. Can’t say enough good things about those.

EgyptCalled the reception several times to change the lamp but no one answered. Restaurant management is very poor. One of the restaurant team embarrassed my kid infront of the random line.
The pools are clean and also monitored with a sufficient number of rescue teams. The room's view of the pool area was very good. Aqua park was very clean and entertaining. The shore area was clean and well organized. Kids games are maintained regularly on a daily basis. The dancing team was marvelous and very entertaining.
