I chose your hotel as we both love dancing. So as you state on your website you have a night club so thought it would be perfect. Nothing on your website says the night club will be closed if you're not busy with guest so we were very disappointed and wouldn't have booked if we had known. Your rated as a 5 star this is not true .yes your good value for money I agree. But in this case it's true you get what you pay for. As we had been travelling round Egypt for a month we found it difficult to find somewhere to eat without being ill. So as your all inclusive thought it would be safer to stay with you the last 12 days of our trip. The choice was good and we wasn't ill with a bad stomach. Although it's not 5 star food .

This is a 2 to 3 Star hotel and not a 5 star all.

The staff were very nice but very limited food in the buffet.

Very bad food, old rooms with bad toilets, lake of hand soap and towels, bad snacks. Regarding the staff some of them are friendly and the rest was totally unprofessional

The food was really bad (overall we stayed for 3 days) and we had diarrhoea every day:( Not much choice of food unfortunately. They cooked with one saugage 3 meals. Very poor entertainment programme. Only wi-fi is at the lobby (reception) so if you need to use it you need to go to the reception. When we checked out at 12pm we couldn't eat lunch afterwards so bare in mind if you having a later flight then you cannot each as the wristband has been cut off straight away.

The staff is friendly and location is amazing, very nice beach and the hotel has lots of swimming pools (with cold water though) but the waterpark is amazing we had lots of fun, but one slide the big one was broken..

1-rooms' furniture need to be renovated and maintained 2- room's bathroom needs more maintenance and renovation 3-food quality should be improved especially breakfast meal as it was very limited and poor with varieties however you may think that breakfast is a basic simple meal but literally it was disappointed with serving ,in addition lunch and dinner were normal 4-snacks on the beach are not recommended ,very poor and limited

1-staff were friendly and helpful specially guys at reception and restaurants 2-swimming pools varieties for kids & adults 3-beach's cleanliness was good 4-resort's location is quite close to all facilities

We skipped the meals often, the people were pushy and seemed to not understand the concept of a line. I think the hotel could control this by simply putting up some railing or rope along with a few staff to direct traffic. The property is off the beat and path but everything you need is there.

The pools and slides were great fun and well kept and clean! The property was clean also. The tour desk on site was great we loved our desert safari! Also tried the fish doctor spa by the pool. Can’t say enough good things about those.

Called the reception several times to change the lamp but no one answered. Restaurant management is very poor. One of the restaurant team embarrassed my kid infront of the random line.

The pools are clean and also monitored with a sufficient number of rescue teams. The room's view of the pool area was very good. Aqua park was very clean and entertaining. The shore area was clean and well organized. Kids games are maintained regularly on a daily basis. The dancing team was marvelous and very entertaining.

Food was not tasty at all with a cheap ingridents Rooms and almost most hotel facilties need a renovation and maintainance.

Staff was amazing smiling and always helpful I noticed also the great effort the life guards did all the time they was very attentive and I guess they save the life of many ppl during my short stay really they did all a great job so I would like to thank them alot.

Restaurant and food , the restaurant tables and arrangements not 5 star classification and the food is not special I spent 4 nights the food is the same for 4 nights and this was so bad

management and their all inclusive is very shady and not clear. as they do not have an agreement with booking so the all inclusive is just for soft drinks. they have their tricks

The bedding eg bed linen & towels were stained, grey & shabby, very disgusting! 2* bedding & towels with disgusting stains, even the outside towels were covered in fresh stains. Awful & really dirty! The worst bedding & towels I've ever come across!!

The breakfast was of a poor quality with watered down orange & pineapple drinks, as was the rest of the food, the main grounds & outside were beautiful.

the food and the staff same Egyptian basic food everyday. restaurant staff don’t understand and speak any other language. restaurant staff worst in dealing. they put us in different room as we booked after compliant they changed our room. kids not eat anything from it,have to travel back to town to feed them.

the only good thing is the beach front location and they put all their efforts on it. its excellent location and so many swimming pools swing and other things at beach.
