The TV is not smart, the room furniture/decor is a bit old, the hotel entrance from the street is not visible from outside if you are walking (cars entrance with shutter door).

I liked the breakfast, beach, location, the mall with all the shops near by, fast internet, and the balcony with the sea view. I loved the rom service and the staff friendliness. It is very nice to have UK style electrical wall socket.

Price could be a little more affordable but the manager gave us an upgrade to a suite for the price of a regular room since our room wasn’t ready.

I think children breakfast would better be included in the rate as no one will have breakfast without his children . And to have a half board rate will be good as well.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the warm and welcoming smiles of the staff to the impeccable elite service, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The buffet offered a delightful array of delicious options, and the breathtaking view from my room was the cherry on top. The room itself was well-equipped and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

nothing major, maybe more attention to the room daily routine cleaning, we had one day we were out all day until 6 pm and came found the room was not cleaned since morning...

everything was great, location, service, food, comfortable room and beds (the best!), cleanness, smiley faces all the time... one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. :)
