The resort is just amazing! An idyllic oasis facing the Red Sea with a stunning coral reef. Great variety of restaurants serving all a delicious food! But what makes the difference with other hotels is the perfect management and anticipation of your needs and expectations. The best hotel we ever tried in Egypt.

Not a lot to be honest, we had a wonderful stay, but it was a little disappointing some of the bars and restaurants weren’t open, not sure if that was due to it not being as busy or time of year? Also it’s to be expected but prices are very high for Egypt.

The property and grounds are just stunning with uninterrupted ocean views. The property is kept immaculate. The older rooms are a little dated but they have aged well and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. You couldn’t ask for more with the facilities and the resort has a lovely family feeling. Breakfast is great with table service and a buffet, with gorgeous views & setting. The staff are incredible, so friendly and can’t do enough to help. Also the house keeping were fantastic, we were travelling with a baby and they went above and beyond to help with supplies and amenities like a steriliser and welcome kit with bath bits, wipes, nappies etc, very nice touch!

The majority of the staff members demonstrated professionalism and helpful. However, the guest relations representative, Svetlana, was Professional but not helpful. I did feel that the kids' activity offerings could benefit from significant improvements. also for the grownups Perhaps designating a separate area for entertainment, away from the relaxation zones, could be a valuable addition for families seeking more diverse activities during their stay. Unfortunately, the New Year's Eve (NYE) celebration did not meet my expectations.

The level of luxury and sophistication that this resort offers is truly exceptional. Kareem at the front desk was so helpful. the style and view are simply breathtaking. The resort is situated in one of the most beautiful locations, and the design of the property complements its natural surroundings perfectly. Whether you're in your room, by the pool, or dining at one of the restaurants, you're treated to stunning vistas that are nothing short of mesmerizing. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the interior design of the Room. It's rare to find a hotel with such meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to creating a truly elegant and inviting atmosphere. And let's not forget about breakfast, which was a real highlight of my stay. The breakfast selection was not only extensive but also exceptional in terms of the quality of ingredients used.

The only thing I would criticise in this hotel is that the food and drinks are ridiculously overpriced, they are soooo expensive, an average meal for 2 adults is around 6000 EGP. No buffet option for dinner, all of them are a la carte restaurants.

1.The ground of the hotel is super nice with beautiful views 2. We got a free room upgrade which was a very nice surprise 3. Staff are very nice and helpful 4. Room are very spacious, you will not regret the sea view room. 5. Various dining options although 2 of them were closed 6.very kids friendly hotel

The variety on the breakfast was not the best from day to another. It is nice to be quit relaxing beside the pool but live slow music is needed at least. Some restaurants wasn’t working

The hotel is amazing, very good rooms, location, view. The highlight was the staff, they are very friendly and polite. They serve you happily and very welcoming. Mary in the reception was so friendly and helphul. Def, the driver of the golf car, was very welcoming, always smiling and you feel that he enjoys what he do and this is very important. The waiters at the breakfast and the swimming pool are very good too.
