Outstanding service! Donia at the front desk went above and beyond when my 80 year old mother commented on the floral arrangement at the reception. Donia had a flower bouquet sent to her room! This is beyond exceptional and made my mother very happy. Cannot thank Donia enough and well done!

Extremely friendly and kind staff, always attentive to our needs. From the heart. The different restaurants (evening) were offering amazing kitchen (Italian, Asian, and Lebanese).

The only thing that was problematic was the food. The price of a meal for 3 people in one of the hotel's restaurants is around 120-150 dollars The food is at a very low level compared to its price. I would expect from a hotel of this level to have no less than excellent food, especially at the prices they demand for each dish.

The staff is amazing, excellent breakfast, the apartment with three rooms is very comfortable for families. The staff helps with anything needed even in non-trivial cases Excellent and clean pools. This hotel is perfect, we will definitely go back there again.

it’s hard to find anything to dislike

The resort is simply sensational, a true five star luxury slice of heaven on the Red Sea. The room was spacious and cleaned twice a day, the bed was very comfortable. I have to make a note on how the staff are the reason you have such a relaxing time. They are kind, helpful and are always there to ensure you have the best time. I will for sure return.

The property is next to the airport a bit far from where all the action is so make sure that your rent a car, so don’t end up negotiating and haggling with Taxis drivers

My car was parked at the sun for two days no shade areas or underground parking available at the hotel

I really enjoyed the new extension , spacious rooms more modern and great open view . The new beach area and the new pool are great with a couple of new restaurants at the new extension a lovely Mexican reasturant by the new pool Also joe at the bar by the new pool is a great guy , staff were really friendly throughout the whole stay .

A beautiful and huge resort right on the beach with excellent and diversified activities, restaurants and services. Our apartments offered both excellent amenities and comfort. The staff everywhere was professional, very kind and glad to help.
