A huge resort in a very nice spread of various functions. Easy to find and reach. All employees are always welcoming and energetic with sense of humor and enthusiasm. The room is well prepared, really clean and comfortable. High quality stay and happy with people and facilities here.

I honestly liked everything, exceeding my own expectations!!

I loved this place! I stayed 7 days with my parents, and the Gemma resort has literally everything you might need to enjoy a peaceful, funny, clean and amazing holiday! The food was AMAZING, with all snacks included (coffee, alcohol, wine.. at any time!!). Several bars, restaurants and pools where to enjoy and relax anytime - sometimes with the nice presence of animation, music and events (however, relaxing areas and pools are provided so you can also stay quite!) The buffet was incredible, with very high-quality food (I am Italian, and since the resort is part of the 'BRAVO' company, everything is Italian inspired and the quality is very high) and wide choice - even if u wanna eat light, u can!! There is also the opportunity to vary your dinner with two other restaurants in the structure so that u don't get bored (and u can even taste the typical oriental dinner at the "Aladino" restaurant) The beach is fabulous; it was windy so I could not enjoy the coral reef, but on the last day I could get to the point where there were all the corals and the fishes (its a bit far from the beach, but still doable with no wind). Personnel are extra kind, always smiling, very helpful and never inappropriate. I enjoyed them, cause I felt very warm, and welcomed and I never had the feeling that the way to do was 'too much'. Animation is lovely, with entertainment every night (tannura and belly dance show, fire show, gala dinner etc) The room was incredible. I booked a triple, but they gave me an upgrade to the Family Suite - an entire apartment with 2 bathrooms, small garden, near the gym and with the pool in front of it. Super clean every day, with attention to detail; safe, comfortable, very beautiful and relaxing. Honestly, made my vacation!! Water, drinks, fruits were provided every day in the apartment, same for the towels and the soaps etc. Also the gym (which is free) was always clean and quiet, to keep your routine even when on holiday.

The staff were amazing! So friendly and they all love kids. Our little Leonardo was like a celebrity around the resort and the staff were incredibly helpful to us and playful with him. Special shouts go to Mattias, Allam, and Hezem who looked after us during our stay. Our rooms were exceptionally cleaned every day. The food was incredible - such variety and different every day. Would highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of spending one fantastic week at Gemma Resort, which included the Easter holiday period. As for the place, the whole area of the hotel is maintaned with the most care, the room was clean, very spacious and well-equipped with all the things people might need. The resort is located right next to the beach, and all the facilities are accessible quickly and easily. A wide range of services are offered, including shops, diving opportunities, or beauty treatments. In the Spa Centre I would especially recommend enjoying one (or more) of the many kind of massage sessions. The variety of food at each meal was very wide, combined with high quality and delicious flavors. Either lovers of Italian cuisine or local flavours, everyone can find the dishes to their liking. Besides I particularly liked the cocktail selection in the bars and also the little dessert specialities during the Easter holidays. Only good things to say about the hotel staff too, the receptionists, waiters and the bar staff are all very friendly and helpful, providing fast and professional service. The animation team does a fantastic job, during the day they organise fun activities for all age groups, which are definitely worth taking part in. The team creates a pleasant and friendly atmosphere in the village, and makes the time spent there special and even more enjoyable. Every evening there are shows in the theatre, like talent shows and cabaret shows, which are all high-quality performances with a free and easy atmosphere. It was a pleasure to meet the Bravo team, and I wish the very best for all of them! I heartily recommend the Gemma to everyone who is looking for a fantastic vacation in Egypt!

It was an extraordinary staying at Gemma resort. Although the resort had trouble with an heavy rain just a day before our arrival we had a wonderful welcoming . Everything at Gemma is perfect: the rooms are beautiful and spacious, the staff is very kind, the food is superb , the beach is comfortable, the excursions are amazing . We had one of the most beautiful experiences we ever had with a host. I kindly suggest a holiday at Gemma. I have to say thanks to the director of the resort how made everything to make our vacation extraordinary!!

The diving center is ok, if you are a certified diver it will be perfectly fine and the diving staff is kind. It was really a pity they did not managed to organize a dive at the house reef that seems to be very nice.

We had a great time at Gemma Resort. The room was very spacious and always clean, room service has always been very attentive. We tried both the buffet restaurant and the other a’ la carte restaurants and we enjoyed all our meals. The management and all the staff is present and always available but never intrusive. WiFi in the room and in common areas is good.. We appreciated the quiet and very relaxed atmosphere of the resort and the lagoon. It is possible to access the lagoon directly from the beach and the water remains at tight level, we felt it very safe, especially for kids even if the drawback is that the life and colors of the corals close to the beach are not as vivid as in the other bays we have been diving with the diving center present inside the resort.

There are limited choices when the restaurants are closed. Majority of the guests are from Italy and Eastern European. It is not a problem but just reference.

We have free upgrade. Very nice room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pools are simple and nice. If you like the crow, choose the main one and if you like quiet, you can easily find small pools in every block. The beach is interesting with shape and character and unlike many other resort with flat and wide beach. Food is generally ok. Some dishes are very tasty. There are family friendly activities every nights.

Our experience here was outstanding. When we got there, we had a confusion with the booking, which was our fault, and the hotel manager got out of his way to help us. He even offered us a romantic dinner at the beach to make our experience better. It is undoubtedly the best attention we have ever received in a hotel
