EgyptThe Gemma timing which is confusing to the guests. They have a time schedule which is replica of the time in Italy not suitable to all existing guests from different countries.
First of all the welcoming staff. The resort was under renovation after 2 years of pandemic restrictions; however the rooms were very clean and vast with a very beautiful view on the gardens and private pools. The resort is very big with more annexes of two floors containing the guest rooms. The food is with a lot of varieties but it is not matching the Egyptian taste because it is mainly for other foreigners. The mixed animation Egyptian/Italian team were very entertaining especially their leader Max (Ahmad). The bar/cafe on top of the hill was very nice especially the bartender Ahmad as well as the bar tenders Sherine and Hany in lower bars. All of that come in a magnificent sea shore with its blue clear water very good for snorkeling and swimming. A magnificent trip I wanted to stay more days to enjoy it

Poland- way of serving food and for 5 stars I would expect better choice - too much plastic - location of restaurant - hotel is located in beautiful area, but restaurant is hidden in complex - all inclusive option includes local alcohol, but local white wine was not served in the bar, only during lunch and dinner
- great location, especially for people who prefer more private resorts than huge complex - nice design of resort - pools, additionally "private" pools next to rooms - good location of beach bar, which amazing view - very helpful staff, open for feedback (which is rather unique) - beautiful beach, nice sun beds, great service, nice entrance to to sea and nice water for snorkeling - new, spacious room, very clean and comfortable

EgyptAlthough the beach was good, it is only for snorkeling because there is much stones and coral reefs. That was not the problem though, the problem is that there is no mobile service or a wifi in the rooms which means you can’t use your mobile phone network in your room and it is even week outside the room, so it is hard to have network until it comes to the reception. They have a free wi fi there. Beside these 2 disadvantages everything was very good
The food,service,stuff and pools were exceptional. There was also a great colorful beach beside the rooms was very comfort for my stay.

Literally everything it was the best resort/hotel ever , the suite is amazing and I got it as a free upgrade instead of deluxe room , I never met a friendly stuff like Gemma stuff they are unbelievable specially scamario in restaurant and Mr reda the head chef , everyone is doing there best to make you happy I don't know what to say to be honest Ii was like you're in the paradise
