Everything perfect. The staff is super friendly and accessible. The food is very fresh and well prepared, with great variety. The main restaurant has a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner and there are also two other restaurantes à la carte. There is a limousine service, which we used to go the airport, a tour service and a diving shop, Blue Sub Marine Divers. We booked the Hamata island snorkling/diving day and had a good time. We did two snorkling sessions, before and after lunch, around the coral reef. There was so much fish and coral to enjoy! The guides were very friendly and patient with everyone, and it was just us in the island. (No comparison with another snorkling service we booked with Marsa Waves.) I wish I'd known I could get my certification with Blue Sub Marine! There also gift shops offering crafts and clothing. We had a small incident and Ali, the general manager, was so helpful and kind sorting everything for us! In short, we had a very relaxing—just what we needed after touring Cairo and all the archedological sites—and hope to be back soon. Thanks Gemma for a great vacation!

Wow, where to start, we arrived and were welcomed with fresh juice and snacks. They took our bags and made us feel incredibly welcome. Then, to our absolute surprise, they gave us a vip status and upgraded our room free of charge to a luxury suite. We couldn't believe it. This prompted us to extend our stay another 3 nights. The staff we're just incredible. They went above and beyond to cater for our every need. I recently had the pleasure of vacationing at this delightful resort, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the reception manager, Mr. Mahmoud Amer, warmly welcomed us and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Throughout our time here, it was evident that the entire staff genuinely cared about our well-being. I must highlight the exceptional service provided by the restaurant manager, Mr. Mohamed Abdallah, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was impeccable. Likewise, from the bar, Mr. Hany, was incredibly attentive, always checking in to ensure our satisfaction. Ahmed from the diving centre impressed us with his generosity and genuine hospitality. The housekeeping staff surprised us with thoughtful touches, while Osama, the lifeguard, displayed unwavering kindness and professionalism. The hardworking waiters, including Zezo and Abdo, were always eager to assist, making us feel truly valued. Special mention must go to Mr. Sameh from the restaurant, whose politeness and kindness were truly appreciated. Moreover, the resort itself is a haven of tranquillity. The pool and beach areas are meticulously maintained, offering a serene environment to unwind. Our room was immaculate, well-equipped, and met all our needs. Amazing stay at Gemma resort!! The food surpassed my expectations of an all inclusive and the staff really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. mohamed Abdullah f&b At the bar went out of his way to check up on us and make us the most delicious drinks! I honestly liked everything, exceeding my own expectations!!

I loved this place! I stayed 7 days with my parents, and the Gemma resort has literally everything you might need to enjoy a peaceful, funny, clean and amazing holiday! The food was AMAZING, with all snacks included (coffee, alcohol, wine.. at any time!!). Several bars, restaurants and pools where to enjoy and relax anytime - sometimes with the nice presence of animation, music and events (however, relaxing areas and pools are provided so you can also stay quite!) The buffet was incredible, with very high-quality food (I am Italian, and since the resort is part of the 'BRAVO' company, everything is Italian inspired and the quality is very high) and wide choice - even if u wanna eat light, u can!! There is also the opportunity to vary your dinner with two other restaurants in the structure so that u don't get bored (and u can even taste the typical oriental dinner at the "Aladino" restaurant) The beach is fabulous; it was windy so I could not enjoy the coral reef, but on the last day I could get to the point where there were all the corals and the fishes (its a bit far from the beach, but still doable with no wind). Personnel are extra kind, always smiling, very helpful and never inappropriate. I enjoyed them, cause I felt very warm, and welcomed and I never had the feeling that the way to do was 'too much'. Animation is lovely, with entertainment every night (tannura and belly dance show, fire show, gala dinner etc) The room was incredible. I booked a triple, but they gave me an upgrade to the Family Suite - an entire apartment with 2 bathrooms, small garden, near the gym and with the pool in front of it. Super clean every day, with attention to detail; safe, comfortable, very beautiful and relaxing. Honestly, made my vacation!! Water, drinks, fruits were provided every day in the apartment, same for the towels and the soaps etc. Also the gym (which is free) was always clean and quiet, to keep your routine even when on holiday.

The staff were amazing! So friendly and they all love kids. Our little Leonardo was like a celebrity around the resort and the staff were incredibly helpful to us and playful with him. Special shouts go to Mattias, Allam, and Hezem who looked after us during our stay. Our rooms were exceptionally cleaned every day. The food was incredible - such variety and different every day. Would highly recommend!

It was an extraordinary staying at Gemma resort. Although the resort had trouble with an heavy rain just a day before our arrival we had a wonderful welcoming . Everything at Gemma is perfect: the rooms are beautiful and spacious, the staff is very kind, the food is superb , the beach is comfortable, the excursions are amazing . We had one of the most beautiful experiences we ever had with a host. I kindly suggest a holiday at Gemma. I have to say thanks to the director of the resort how made everything to make our vacation extraordinary!!

The diving center is ok, if you are a certified diver it will be perfectly fine and the diving staff is kind. It was really a pity they did not managed to organize a dive at the house reef that seems to be very nice.

We had a great time at Gemma Resort. The room was very spacious and always clean, room service has always been very attentive. We tried both the buffet restaurant and the other a’ la carte restaurants and we enjoyed all our meals. The management and all the staff is present and always available but never intrusive. WiFi in the room and in common areas is good.. We appreciated the quiet and very relaxed atmosphere of the resort and the lagoon. It is possible to access the lagoon directly from the beach and the water remains at tight level, we felt it very safe, especially for kids even if the drawback is that the life and colors of the corals close to the beach are not as vivid as in the other bays we have been diving with the diving center present inside the resort.

There are limited choices when the restaurants are closed. Majority of the guests are from Italy and Eastern European. It is not a problem but just reference.

We have free upgrade. Very nice room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pools are simple and nice. If you like the crow, choose the main one and if you like quiet, you can easily find small pools in every block. The beach is interesting with shape and character and unlike many other resort with flat and wide beach. Food is generally ok. Some dishes are very tasty. There are family friendly activities every nights.

Our experience here was outstanding. When we got there, we had a confusion with the booking, which was our fault, and the hotel manager got out of his way to help us. He even offered us a romantic dinner at the beach to make our experience better. It is undoubtedly the best attention we have ever received in a hotel

Staff is super nice and they will do their best to satisfy you. There is a lot of swimming pools so you’re pretty sure to find a spot.
