Ok to stay for 3 nights. The Food menu was less than average quality

The breakfast is not fresh and without many options. The hotel needs refurbishment in the rooms at least. They also need to repair many things in the rooms.

Playground for kids and waterpark, although at a cost are convenient. Staff is trying to help although most do not speak English. Big rooms.

Staff at reception was a little bit short with me as even though we’d paid for a room overnight and arrived at 8.30am as arranged but we still had to wait for our room until 9am. But we had breakfast in the meantime. It’s clearly an Egyptian hotel aimed at westerners looking for a cheaper place to stay. It was perfect for our needs. We didn’t see any other guests Egyptian or westerners which may have been because it was Ramadan

This property was conveniently located half way to the airport as we only need our room for 5 hours in the morning to freshen up before our afternoon flight out of Cairo. It had a pool which one of our party used, breakfast was plentiful. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot. Pool was lovely and warm. Free water in the room.

They were doing some restoration on the third floor and I had to call reception 3 times because I could hear a drill just outside my room at 11 pm. It took 3 calls to stop it

The main issue was that the wifi did not work in my room.

Location was my main draw, and also free and secure parking.

The room has some problems like AC make sound and not make you sleep well and noisy and walls need to be painted also the extract fan inside the toilet has more sound need to be replaced

First impression at the reception wasn't good.. Staff at reception didn't welcome the way he should have.. House keeping and Room Service was extremely poor.. No Dental kits, complementary Water Bottles were provided even though we called them thrice.. Rooms are old Type..

Chef and other staff at Hotel Restaurant were very nice and supportive.. We asked for vegetarian food and they managed very well..

Maybe the location

I like it because it’s a typical Egyptian Hotel, straightforward, nothing fancy or overpriced. I advise you to eat at the hotel, the quality and the price are amazing.

Very old bathroom A recipient after checkout told me to wait to check the room for the first time as there is no mini bar unless some one steal TV, mattress ,blanket or water heater 😅

For a 4 star hotel the room wasn't properly cleaned and the facilities in the room were below expectation for a 4 star hotel. The bathroom door was broken and water pressure was very poor.

the washroom door , was hard to open , the latch broke on opening the door needs replacement and renovation of the inside of the hotel overall not bad experience ,immediete action was taken on the complaint .

Bathroom too small. The gym opens too late. Some guests may desire an early morning workout before starting the day

The staff especially Sarah were very helpful. They helped me get an Uber each morning for the two days I was there.

Wifi was very weak and intermittent. Connection kept dropping. Shower drain was forever getting blocked and then bathroom flooding - however whenever mentioned to the staff they promptly and efficiently came to clean up. Staff did their very best to manage the situations. Rooms were however small and no suitable desk / workstation was available where one could work off a laptop.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Chef t breakfast could not have been more helpful Management was accessible and non-room facilities were good. Pool was a decent size and warm. AC worked well and a decent sized fridge in the room was available.
