Beach was closed when we visited in December. Don't recollect seeing that restriction in the description or notification. Check-in was painful since their credit card reader did not work. It is away from the Citadel, Library and popular tourist attractions. It is tad difficult to get to since it is on a one-way road with a busy u-turn. Adds atleast 10 mins when returning to the hotel or if a you need an Uber. Plan ahead. Also, it seems co-housed with other accommodations such as for security personnel. Did not feel like a typical hotel rather a holiday rental.

Good size room with balcony over-looking the beach in the corniche. Breakfast was included and good. ATM, restaurant on-site. Easy walk to other restaurants close by. Helpful staff.

Room is not quiet, house clearing staff sound is very high in the morning that make you wake up very early in the morning and also high sound during the day since the room is not isolated very well.

The bathroom was not as clean as expected, the tiles in the shower had mold and we found a small cocoroach. Since it was just 1 night. We didn't change room. We booked a " double bed/2 twin beds" on the check in we said we wanted the double bed (since we are a 2 girls couple) and they gave us anyway 2 twins, we said it again to the guy who scorted us to the room and he just send someone to move the beds together... I understand it's not normal for them but our wish wasn't fulfilled.

The room was big enough, good sheets and mattress, it even had a balcony. Refrigerator and Electric Teapot. The breakfast buffet was very big with lots of options!

No discount for extending the booking, room rates are dynamic and it was take it or leave as far as paying rack rates if there were no rooms on booking sites.

Booked for three nights and so good I extended for two more.

The corridors are very long, doors close with a thud, no floor coverings made them noisy from passing guests. Room prices are very dynamic and are on the expensive side.

Quiet and comfortable place for a beach / city stay. Absolute private beach frontage with fine clean sand - no need to cross a road that can be horrendously busy to get to the beach as with many hotels here. Large pool as well. In the close-by residential area there are numerous restaurants, coffee shops, a large supermarket, some shops and a tram line. Not an excessive distance to the must do things in the city. Staff were very helpful within language limitations and cared enough during our stay to ask several times whether all was ok. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Marwan the front office night and early morning agent he is very rude and aren't qualified at all , i said that after 1000 plus booking i swear he is the un qualified and the most rude front office agent in a jewel brand or tolip brand or hilton brand i have ever ever seen and i do not know how this young man passed the HR TEST , very weird strange front office agent .

We had to ask for changing our room since the shower drain did not work and the shower was full. of mold. Unacceptable for a hotel in this price category. The first room (2021) was also really humid and the bathroom door was almost falling apart. And the WC was leaking. The second room was better(1035), this time with a nice view but the mold in the shower was less but still unacceptable. If it is not possible to offer a full product upto the standards of the price is charged, they should lower the price. We are talking about hygiene here. When informing about this matter, we had no issue of solving to change the room but money back or partial refund was not an option for them.

-Location. You can get easily by Uber or walk almost anywhere( we like to walk, so 8km distance to the Citadel is doable along the coast) - Breakfast. Nice variety and even you can order omelets. - Swimming pool. -Access to the beach - Awesome restaurant options close by.
