It’s an old hotel need a good renovation The location is fantastic and sure it will be super if they start the renovation floor by floor and even the outside at the balcony all through from top downward dirty and ugly, those are just recommendations to help sustaining a good property

The hotel is old and it shows. However, we did not mind because we spent most of our time outside the room discovering beautiful Cairo. Also, to all Arabs visiting, the bathroom has no shattaf.

This hotel is very suitable in terms of view, location and room size. The location is prime - very close to old cairo. 25min walking distance/10 min drive. The view is irresistible! You can see the Nile wide and clear. I recommend you booking at higher floors. Compared to other hotels in the area, this is ideal.

The furniture is quite old and needs some renovation. The elevators took some time to arrive. Internet to be enhanced.

Location, Location! The hotel has an amazing panoramic view of the Nile River. There are many restaurant options inside the hotel. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast was great, with many varieties.

What didn't we like? hummm... not have time to stay more days 😃

Friendly staff. I had a issue with my room (very bad small) and they promptly changed for a new one, with an amaze view. Great location, in front of the Nile river and with the view of the pyramids (a bit far, but still nice to see). Have an amazing restaurant at the rooftop.

The only one thing that was so annoying with the room is the air condition was so noisy we couldn’t sleep at all .

The location on the map will show things that are easily accessible, but the truth is, it's far from it! There are few constructions going around. Hence, there are no pedestrian spaces, which means you will end up walking on the main road with those Cairo's F1 drivers! Crossing the road on the other side was next to impossible; there were always some security personnel (not from the property), but I believe from other properties/offices around. Many had mentioned in their previous comments about the bathroom and the hotel key cards; ditto, do those! The bathrooms had issues; the showers weren't working correctly. The key cards kept losing their connection, and it happened at least four times during our stay. Once, in the middle of the night, I had to go twice, leaving my sleepy son and wife in the corridor since no one else could help! Staff communication needs to be improved for sure!

The folks at the reception did a good job of getting me a good room when I arrived. It was on the 34th floor if I am right, and the view was stunning!!

At 1:30am, a sudden call waked me up to ask for collecting a parcel from the desk. I managed to pick up the phone and allow him to come to my room but it was not mine.

Excellent location with easy access from the town. Pool was very nice as the staff was very kind to me. Accommodation was perfect.

The only thing was that the swimming pool closed at sunset and it was still bright and hot at whatever time the lifeguard decided the sun had set. It often felt like an abrupt ending to a nice relaxing time.

The revolving restaurant in the hotel was lovely. The Grande Nile Dinner Cruise ship is located at the hotel, which was so convenient for us to go on. They also gave a discount to hotel guests. The hotel is bright, spacious and it has ATM machines there. The staff were helpful, polite and friendly. We had a Nile view room, which was very nice. Good security on entering the hotel.
