Unfortunately (during my stay) the air conditioner at the reception didn’t work. However, it worked perfectly in the room, buffet and other places from the hotel.

It’s a very quiet place with a nice pool and very dedicated workers. The cleaning was perfect, specially at the buffet. The buffet staff was very attentive to my requests. Also animation workers were the whole time funny and entertaining.

WIFI is not good and not covering the entire resort restaurant should have more variety in found , specially for sea food. the white sauce for the pasta was not good at all. not expected from 4 star hotel

This is my second time to stay at one of JHG (Jaz Hotel Group). I have to say that the management of this company really knows how to choose the staff. Going an extra mile to please you and your stay is their main target Everyone at this hotel is very nice, friendly, and cheerful, always care about making your stay very comfortable. Many thanks to the Kitchen's staff. Chef Toba and chef Saied made their best efforts to have enough varieties and excellent quality. Beach is extremely nice, quiet, and there are always enough spots to use ..thanks for the beach bar staff I would never be hesitant to stay at this resort again, or at any of JHG resorts . Experience is just perfect

The airconditioner was quite.loud.

Only stayed here for one night and the hotel was nice with friendly staff and ok food. The terrace and pool area is relatively quiet and relaxing with some entertainment at night. Rooms are clean and comfortable and we'll isolated. Because we had to leave early a breakfast box was prepared for us.

Beach was very limited and hotel area is only left side which is small part of the beach and you feel little bit isolated, sea was not very clean, but beach was clean. There is no music on the beach and no animation on the beach. Animation staff was very good but the general animation in the hotel was not meeting our expectations, it was not fun enough. Sea is 7 minutes walk from hotel.

Very clean hotel, comfortable, staff were very proffesional, everyone was kind. The food was really amazing, for 4 star hotel, it was much better than we expected. Room was very spacious, comprtable, cleaned everyday, everything is new and high quality. Located on the walk area called Memsha which is good.

Nothing, all was perfect.

The staff were amazing, catered to our every need and were fun to chat to. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The resort itself was gorgeous, 3 pools to swim in, 5 min walk to the private beach, great variety of food at every buffet meal. Alcohol was included as well which was great. Great stay, will definitely come back.

Food was a bit boring sometimes especially at lunch. I wish the food kept the same HIGH quality as the pastry. The check in takes a little bit too long.

I loved everything! Very nice and calm hotel!Staff is absolutely AMAZING! They spoilt us totally! A special thanks to Frontdesk manager Mohamed Said who made our stay extra special! This lovely hotel is perfect for couples who want a calm and lovley stay and for people with small children. Food is good but the really fantastic thing is the pastry! The pastry chef is making fantastic chocolate cakes that is melting in the mouth! Very very high quality of chocolate! I can't brag enough about this hotel! 👑🌞

The inchecking always takes too long time. And it depends a lot who is behind the desk. Some are very efficient and some very slow. Not a big deal though.

We have been here many times and LOVE the place! Staff fantastic! Food ok and its always at least one dish that is fantastic and when they have their famous chocolate cakes... its more than fantastic! I want to give all people working here, from the manager to our fantastic housekeeping a big big 10 star !🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nothing, but you have to be ready that the animation is soft and very small beach area but clean and sandy.

There were a few things I didn't like, but I can't write about them because the hotel manager, Mohamed Salama, fixed all the inconveniences within 5 minutes. I can only mention that the beach is very small, which is definitely a minus
