First room I had and many others shown had an issue with sound leakage from the old patio doors, I was offered alternatives, ultimately the garden room was perfect in the end

The animation team does random dances with really loud music at the beach. There seem to be a few people dancing with them, but I wonder how many others are just annoyed just trying to relax on the beach. You can get away from it on the other side of the resort where the adult pool is, but then you're not at the beach/infinity pool. The guy in the beach bar could pick up a few tricks from the guy at the pool bar when it comes to cocktails. The a la carte restaurants don't have a lot of choice in the menu and it largely overlaps between the 3 of them. The food was pretty good (except the pizza at Pomodoro which was average), but don't expect anything too fancy.

The beach is nice and clean. There are wooden platforms you can swim up to. The infinity pool is overlooking the beach and it's next to the pool bar. Cocktails were fine (I'm not an expert), although better in the pool bar than the beach bar. Room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfy. You could just about see the see from the balcony. The minibar is refilled daily with water and soda, I drank the glass bottle water and didn't have any problems. Staff is very pleasant and helpful, both at the reception and the restaurants. The food was good at the buffet, there are fresh fruit juices included, different spices, enough food variety for 7 days, lots of sweets options. The resort is not too big, so it's easy to get around. There are additional pools where you can relax, away from the sometimes noisy beach area. You get 1 free dinner at each of the 3 a la carte restaurants (you have to reserve it online) for each 7 days you book. I stayed for 6 days (booked 7 for early morning flight) and did a mix of relaxing on the beach and side activities outside the resort, and I enjoyed my stay overall.

While our stay at the hotel was truly fantastic, one minor downside was the absence of music on the beachside. We couldn't help but envy the neighboring hotel's lively tunes, which added to the overall ambiance. However, this small detail didn't overshadow the otherwise wonderful experience we had at the hotel.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. The location right on the beach added an extra layer of relaxation and enjoyment to our experience. And let's talk about the food – it was not only delicious but also offered a wide variety to suit every palate. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.An added bonus was the spacious and impeccably clean room, providing a comfortable haven after a day of beachside bliss. Everywhere we turned, cleanliness was evident, ensuring a worry-free stay. Truly a top-notch hotel experience that exceeded our expectations in every way.

Food could be better. I guess that’s normal in a buffet system, but I was expecting more quality and options. WiFi was really bad as well. Drinks were also just “OK”

The toilets were sometimes not very clean (more so outside next to the beach and the other one next to the snack bar) but otherwise it was very nice.

The hotel and the location was stunning. Great entertainment, facilities, friendly staff, good food. The views on the beach were beautiful.

We had Deluxe room and one of the room overlooked the staff road where garbage carts were often driven, which often made the room noisy. Our daughter waked up couple times because of this noise. Drainage in the shower was really slow so water didn't drain properly and they could not fixed it after the call to reception so we were living with this issue during whole stay.

Really good service, very friendly staff, klean territory, good food, sandy beach useful for chidrens. Nice kinder club with very high professional Nadia, who is really good with childrens and my daughter loved her. Big comfortable room with pool view. Good animation team who is realy active and friendly. My separate kudos to the bartender working on lobbi bar, he is really energetic and happy to make different drinks on demand.

I loved the whole stay. I had an issue with my room and although the hotel was booked out, the hotel manager and reception team did the most to allocate us to a better room and we loved it. Thank you to all the staff for being so lovely and attentive. This isn’t my first time at Jaz and it definitely will not be my last.

All is perfect really. The service is really good, thanks to the master chef as he was in the dining halls himself serving people and taking care to all details. The rooms were up to date and the furniture is very nice. The food is really really good compared to many other hotels. Lots of options and the quality is excellent. The pools are clean and the vibes are really good. One of the best experiences for me in Hurghada.
