The aqua park is small. Our door room knob required fixing.

The beach and the pool are beautiful, clean and not crowded. The rooms are spacious. The activities and the animation team are great. The food quality and taste are very good. The buffet variety can be better but it’s acceptable. They’re working on improving the guests experience and listen to the guests feedback.

Service, staff, food, cleanliness. Everyone there was very helpful from the first moment until we checked out. Food was great for the most part, lots of options and their buffet also included a special section for kids which was a great help for us. They always provided what we needed. The hotel is clean, very good and polite service. Animation team care about guests and make a lot of activities during the day. Rooms are new renovated, very comfortable beds, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and even lotion you can find in bathroom. Heated big pool, clean beach with soft sand. Management helps to provide everything you need and ask always about your needs and comments.

Food was OK, some good things some other not that good, but its a personal taste. One guy at the reception trying to SCAM a guest..its for sure, not good at all, but issues solve after a complain with the manager.

Beach water was clean, Room quite good and we really appreciated the support and assistance from some employees at the hotel, we would like to mention Dasha from the reception for help us with all our requests, Elsayed from the beach bar..he was wonderful making our drinks and all our nights at the restaurant "a la carte" with Karim and Emad, who made our dinners very pleasant.

The beach and pool were fantastic, the pool was rather cold but perhaps down to it just opening after a large renovation. The security made me feel very safe and the hotel staff were very pleasant. The food choices were wide-ranging and very nice. The hotel and rooms were clean, they were a little outdated, we saw new rooms being renovated that looked very nice. The aqua park was great and we had two boys 6 & 9 who enjoyed it immensly, they certainly weren't bored. All-in-all a wonderful place for a family holiday.

The lack variety of food

Saff was very friendly and helpful specially reception team Mr.Haitham & Mr.Mostafa Elshazly and at restaurant Mr.Ahmed hussien ,Mr .abdelrahman & Mr.Emad We had booked a standard room then at check-in they told us that we had been upgraded to a suite which was with a wonderful sea view &very clean..overall the stay was comfortable

I didn't like the idea of making the main restaurant's entrance to be on the second floor of the reception especially for elderly people, as they have to go upstairs every meal despite of existence of elevator, since it will not serve all the guests. Room furniture is kind of old and need renovations. Animation team need to be improved.

Hotel's location is very close to the airport. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Fast check-in/check-out processes. Food was very good and having good variety although the restaurant wasn't so big. Aqua park was good. Beach is sandy, but it is very shallow (you need to swim for really a long distance to get a suitable swimming depth). Wi-Fi connection was very good.

On the flip side, the animation team's enthusiasm could be a bit overwhelming. They were relentless in trying to get guests involved in activities. Maybe a suggestion would be to coordinate themselves to make sure only one person talks to one group of guests

The food at the hotel was a real standout. From breakfast to dinner, I enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes. The beach was lovely, offering a serene escape with beautiful ocean views. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay comfortable.
