The price is quite high for what is. the facility were quite run-down . They changed us to another room because there was no hot water in the original one, but they charged us more. I think it's unfair.

Khaled was very helpful and friendly. There's an issue with hot water, and he helped us The location is good , next to the river, it's good to go for a walk We enjoyed the breakfast with the Nile River views.

The room was good, the staff was very friendly and accommodated us by providing a breakfast box when we checked out at 4am! The position was also very central. Only downside was the fact the shower water did not get warm, but was also not extremely cold.

The staff were wonderful but the building is past due for a new facelift. The water temperature in the shower was hard to control, there was an issue with the elevator during our stay which got fixed fairly quickly but was a bit concerning.

Perfect location with easy access to restaurants, ATMs and the ships along the Nile. Breakfast was simple but good.

Room was very small. Bathroom was so small, my boyfriend could barely fit through door and inside it. Balcony faced wrong side of building so not a great view.

Super friendly, helpful staff! Very good location. Staff prepared breakfast bags for us when we had to leave for a tour at 4am, and kept our bags safe for us. Very cheap food and drinks.

From outside the hotel look vey nice but the rooms are not. The furniture are really very old and the bathroom was awful. The WiFi not so good, difficult to connect and disconnected all the time. The breakfast is very basic and limited and totally not for a European traveller. The hotel is close to the bazaar of the city and there is a lot of noise. It's good enough if you want to stay there only for a few hours like me.

The hotel is in a very nice location close to the cruise ship dock and the bazaar of the city. The room was big and the staff friendly and helpful.

The wifi wasn't working for the most part, and there was no water when we checked in to the hotel and were told we will get water supply after some hours. Caused a mild inconvenience. There was also a power cut during the night which made it even more uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely small, made it very difficult to use. Overall the room was also pretty small, and made it difficult to move around. Could have been better, since the reception painted a very different picture.
