I booked a Taxi through booking.com. The Taxi came at 5 Am in the morning yesterday to pick me up from the Hotel. The reception didn't allow the Taxi to enter the Park at the Hotel to pick me up. I walked to the mainstreet with all my heavy bags because the receptionist didn't allow the Taxi driver to drive in . If a Hotel quest orders a Taxi you should let it in !!!!!!! Why should i walk with all my bags to outside? The Taxi driver even said my name and told you that he is waiting for me !!!!!

No alcohol served on the beach. There were certain bars and restaurant where you had to pay for food and drinks even if you were all inclusive.

Well situated right on the beach, spread out like a small village with 5 pools scattered around the resort. Rooms were lovely we had a garden bungalow with beautiful views. Small Coral reefs could be walked to from the beach.

The dollar currency; in the whole area changed to American dollars instead of Egyptian pounds

I struggled a little with the slippy floor in the bathroom - there are no support handles near the bath. Getting about the staff helped me on occasion with a wheelchair - however they were quite old and worn, very uncomfortable. I would definitely upgrade these items. I wish I could have had my favourite room as requested but was unavailable due to renovations scheduled

The Fayrouz has always been a favourite of ours and has maintained high standards changing to owners JAZ. WIFI is now FREE ( a little weak in rooms) BTW this is still advertised as $15/day on your website. Grounds are immaculate - rooms are large, clean and comfortable, all with a roomy terrace- Restaurants are excellent - the beach is the best with choices of water sports, trips and wonderful snorkelling - the staff are friendly and can't do enough to help you. My walking is not good - the attention and help I received was excellent

Internet, old rooms, bathrooms need freshness and staff attitude should be changed from begging to service. For example: in your absence they will clean the room but would not put towels in bathroom. Waiting for you to arrive so they could receive some tip. Completely overlooked by senior management. Clever tricks under the nose of management.

I highly recommend Jaz Fayrouz Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh based on our 10-day stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the food was excellent, and the rooms were consistently clean. The overall facilities and amenities were also impressive; the ambiance was truly enjoyable. A delightful experience overall.

Great location right on the beach, 5 minutes walk to market that you can find many restaurant to eat. People complain about bathroom needs update, for us its not that bad. It is just not fancy(which resulting in such a good price) Bathroom is massive and water pressure is great thought.

Hotel is at the seaside. Not too much choice for the food but the taste was good. Rooms were big and clean. You can enjoy all the reef at Naama.

Room was not clean and even after I told receptionist, the cleaner came with dry cloth and removed dirt in the bathroom. No cleaning liquids, nothing. Also you get two bottles of drinking water and one was opened and some water was missing.

Great swimming pools, you even have jacuzzi. Food was also good.

Italian restaurant snacks I ordered pizza as a snack but it was awful! very expensive, poor ingredient, oily texture, with no taste at all, we couldn't continue eating and through it away. Some of beach shezlong required maintenance.

This is our second stay at this hotel, location and beach were the main reason why we choose to stay again, Location is great at center of city, few minutes walk to Neama bay, one minute walk to main street where you can use public transportation. Beach is great for kids and you can have some snorkeling activities, Room is comfy and clean, with new LED screen, air conditioner doing the job however it is a little bit old. In comparison with my last stay, taste of food at main restaurant has been significantly improved, sweets are always great and chief has added more tasty choices, he always smile and helpful. Staff are very friendly and helpful, reception new staff are doing great job. We couldn't find night activities and this fine, actually we liked that hotel is calm and friendly. Pools are medium and simple, walking distances are not far from rooms to beach and facilities. I will reserve again
