The rooms are not so clear, the kitchen is so dirty and ,no knives, platelets.....the remote control of the TV is bad, no battery. The other issue, whichever annoying us ,we can't reach all the pools, and it's the same for the beach....Different services for us and for the others. In spite of, that was clear in the contract with booking,,,Allowance for all pools and the beach.... The second issue is the prices of place...so fast going down within days falls to the half....... I hope in the future, yo improve the quality of rooms and the furniture....to stop the forbidden for reaching all the pools....

The place is amazing and the coffee shops are very nice, but expensive. To much taxes.

It is very poor service. The owner who we should to talk with giving attitude and doesn’t answer the phone. House is not clean at all and never likes pictures provided. Water supplies were cut off and we stayed with no water up to more than 6h. People and the staff of the place;away from the owner are low standards and not polite enough to deal with humans. Workers are using F words and curse people by family. Complaints are similar to garbage both are trashed with no resolution. No safety what so ever

the check in was hard , it took us 3 hours to check in , they didn’t not respect us , they had rude staff , they had no rules , it was a disaster

First of all, when we arrived to the hotel after traveling for 2.5 hours from Cairo due to some road repairs, we entered the hotel reception and asked them about our room, they told us to go the Porto Holiday section, so we went there and it was crowded, we waited long for someone to help us, after about 20 min. the receptionist told us to call the person whom his number was listed in the reservation confirmation email (we tried to call him 10 times and no respond from him at all), we showed the number to the receptionist and told us that this number belongs to a broker company called presentation, and advised us to go there (we went there after figuring out their place as it was out of sight and behind a building outside porto). After we figured out (Presentation) entrance, they told us the same; to call that person again and we told them that we couldn't reach him and when they called him from the first time he answered back and told them to give us a room, so they offered the rental room to us and we signed a contract listed in it that the Check out was 10a.m. while known worldwide that all check out in most of the hotels is 12p.m., after that we gave them 500 EGP room insurance which thanks for Allah we took them back after departure (Booking.com didn't provide us with the information that an insurance was needed). They told us to head for (We care section) in Porto Hotel which we waited for our turn (a crowded place) to take the magnetic card. Finally, after we received the card we headed to the room after waiting for 3 hours trying to finish all procedures (we entered the room at 3:30p.m while we arrived Porto at 12:30 p.m.)., and waited long for the bell man after the security called him to serve us (they told us that this service wasn't eligible to us as we didn't reserve our room by the hotel but by a broker) and we found the room key was on the window sill of the room (very strange place to leave the room key !!).

I liked the location and the room view, the access for the shops were easy, there were varieties of play areas and games for kids, the beach buggies for the kids were wonderful. The Mart was fantastic and the food kiosks were amazing.
