The hotel was clean, the staff were fantastic and all the facilities were excellent. The staff treeted us like royalty especially when the new we had booked via booking.com. We will be back to this hotel again 10/10

We visited for a couple of days and honetely we were impressed from the helpful staff and managment,prior our arrival had different correspondance with the rooms division manager Mr Mohamed Hassan and all was handeled professionally,also helped our cosuin and was more than supportive with her health issue upon her arrival and changed the rooms as well visited the hotel clinic 247 which was sort every thing in a short time. Reception was very helpful specially Keyrolus in all our reqeusts Thank you for the Birthday arrangements and al la cart organization you was more than helpfuel during the entire stay. we will be returning again Cascade zone is very nice place worth the visit specially The indian resturant for lunch only for booking guests and the premium. Thank you Mr Mohamed Hassan ,thank you keyrolus and all the entire staff for such an excellent service

The main restaurant food is 8 out of 10.. but being a booking.com guest will give you access to all restaurants, so I used to eat in those restaurants.

Everything was wonderful from the entrance till the exit, special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Hassan, Mr. Mohamed Ali, Ibrahim Youssef from the reception Mohamed Ashraf and El Sayed from the concierge.. Really, everyone is welcoming and helpful. Also, it is worth mentioning that booking.com makes you a VIP guest and gives you access to all restaurants in the resort.

Sellers around the pools & the beach are very annoying

Another great 👍 stay as you can find all what you need at the long beach,friendly reception and great welcoming staff ,from porter to well informative receptionest milad & keyrolus We had a daily cleaned room with different towel art Food was good and had 5 different al la cart restaurants and mr Mohamed Hassan Rooms manager was more than helpfuel & fulfilled our needs Cascade Indian food for lunch was tastey We will be returning again

Air conditioning in one room needed maintenance.

Clean ... Food is good with variety and good quality... more than 5 restaurants of different international kitchens .. staff are friendly, smiling and professional especially Mr. Mohamed Hassan Rooms Manager and the Food & beverage manager.... animation team is perfect....nice parties at night... landscape is very good ... many activities every where ... nice pool .. natural lake ..long beach ..lots of facilities...

we had such a great short time at the hurghada long beach and every one was doing his best to satisfy us in a proffesional friednly manner our room was well kept in good condition the premium delxue room and mr mohamed hassan the rooms division was more than helpfuel and proffesional and facilitated our accomodation reception milad/adel/and there manager mr mina labib was more than helpfuel cascade zone is such a great place to visit but no kids as its +14 i will be back again sure to this lovely place and wanderfuel service from the whole team.

Our stay at long beach resort has been amazing we were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room which is spacious with a balcony and a sea view was cleaned every day. There are lots of pools and beach space so we never struggled to find anywhere to sit. Even during the school holidays ! With a range of quiet and activity pools. There is also lots of choice for food and snacks. The Italian restaurant is our favourite !

Breakfast was good, some of the evening food could be improved. Dealing with the vendors on the beach can get tiresome.

All the staff were incredibly friendly, in particular Mr Reda Elaraby who looked after our every need, (helped we hear by a Mr Mina). The resort is huge, there are some great modern areas, really comfortable, there are some older areas as well, so well worth double checking which package you are on, as always, you get what you pay for. We definitely had more perks from booking through Booking.com and definitely worth tipping the staff, service levels will get better and better. Had some great kite-surfing lessons in the shallow lagoon, really convenient and trips to the coral are well worth it.
