I would like to emphasize the exceptional assistance and friendliness provided by the hotel manager, Mr. Waleed, and the receptionist. Throughout my stay at Marriott, I experienced some soundproofing issues due to being allocated a connecting room. Nevertheless, Marriott swiftly and effectively addressed the problem, ensuring that I had an enjoyable stay. The hotel's impressive problem-solving skills have left a positive impression, and if I ever return to Hurghada, I would gladly choose to stay at Marriott again.

Not much. A little dated but that’s not a problem because the service makes up for lack of absolutely anything. Also the building site next door is of course a little bit of an eye sore, but we understand that’s only a temporary problem , so no issue there either. Would definitely return to this hotel if ever back in Hurghada

Absolutely lovely!! Beautiful room , wonderful grand premises. And most importantly- the people!!! ❤️ Our butler was an angel and took amazing care of us , for which we were so grateful, while the rest of the staff were so kind and polite and helpful at all times too. We just wish we chose Marriot for our whole stay as it showed an incredible contrast to the awful experience we had at the Meraki Hotel which we escaped from to you for our last night in Hurghada. Thank you Marriot!

If you do not have all in and eat the buffet the price/quality doesn't match. I would recommend to eat in the other restaurants (Surf & Turf and Tuscancy). Food was also a lot better there than at the buffet in my view.

They did everything they could to make us comfortable. The private beach was nice. They have two good à la carte restaurants & the animation was better than you might expect in a resort.

I want to thank all the mariott family for the quality time i had me and my family starting from the reception and the nice welcome by Ms. Hager and finalizing the booking , accommodation confirmations and paper work in no time , moving forward to the rooms and its cleanliness and the fast response to our requests , moreover the breakfast and the dinner were excellent thanks to mr. mahmoud eltaher also for the greeting and the excellent follow up , for the accommodation and the time amusement on the beach thanks for the entertainment team specially Aly. Thanks all again it couldn't be that good if ur efforts weren't there.

Exceptional hotel, staff all around the hotel are just perfect and service oriented super customer service skills, always smiling, very fast and responsive. Hossam at the reception during checkin and checkout is just amazing, fast and friendly and all reception staff were just perfect. Beach staff very polite and smiling all the time. Food and beverage staff are just amazing and very friendly mohamed sabry at breakfast is just an amazing employee. Room size is very good. Sea view is breathtaking. Kettle with sugar, cream, coffee and tea bags. They provided us daily with 4 small mineral water bottles. Huge TV screen with good tv channels. Housekeeping was amazing and they cleaned the room daily very thoroughly. Amenities is very good, iron and iron table in the room, bath robe, bath slippers, plenty of clothes hangers, shaving kit, tooth kit, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very very clean. Breakfast was very good and food was very tasty. Dinner very tasty but needs variety. I recommend having dinner only one time at the hotel and then go out but only if you have a car. F&B service is amazing. Beach is great. Very alert lifeguard so it is very safe for kids. If you depend on animation team to have fun it is not really great at this hotel.

An excellent Hurghada destination. Location is central.Customer service is great. The room has everything you need including the sea view. Food’s variety was great.The konafa is amazing. Special thanks to Mr Mohamed from the restaurant, he made sure I was satisfied with the whole dining experience . He also sent me a welcome gesture of fruit basket and treats..
