The reservation amount was deducted twice The lunch & dinner weren’t always tasty and some items seemed to be taken from the previous’ day’s buffet, the toilets can be improved

It came as a shock to someone from the UK where smoking is banned indoors in public spaces to come somewhere where smoking is allowed in the reception, lobby, bars and entertainment areas (though not in the restaurant). This reduced my time spent in the lobby/entertainment/bar areas in the evening, which is a shame as it's the only place where there's free WIFI (and of course where I could access the all-inclusive drinks menu) - it was too windy/chilly to sit comfortably outdoors in the evening in January. This is a fairly common thing in Egypt though.

The resort is set out really well in separate blocks in very well maintained gardens - and it's very well signposted with signs lit up at night so you can easily find your way back to your room. Rooms are spacious and very well equipped. Everything was exceptionally clean, the staff were welcoming and efficient with great attention to customer service. The food was exceptional with a wonderful variety and quality of local, national and international dishes at each buffet sitting. The location is excellent and I was very happily surprised to be upgraded to a room with a sea view. Sunbed and seating areas on the private beach have everything you need and there's easy access to boat trips etc.

Old hotel that is not maintained Anything to buy or book extra is ridiculously expensive (taxi offered is 5x more expensive that taking a normal taxi, we needed tampons the ones at the shop of the hotels were sold 20eur the box of 8, boat trip and spa were about 2 to 3 time more expensive than online with pick up)

During the day sometimes there was a lot of music, the animation team was sometimes quite intense, which is probably fun for some people, we just wanted to rest peacefully and take time alone,so for us it was a bit much sometimes, as there is no quite spot on the beach to hide 😅

Really great spot, nice beach, super helpful staff made us feel very welcome. Marina especially really took care of us, and we extended our stay by two nights. Everything was quite perfect and the food was tasty.

Only the hotel need small aqua park for the kids

I like everything, they upgrade my booking to sea view room and it was fantastic the staff everywhere in the hotel with smily face friendly, helpful and professional too, the front staff are cooperative The location , sandy beach and the pools are great also the hotel has wide green area with nice white building design give comfortable view The food with varieties , we are with all inclusive menu and enjoyed the clean and tasty food , celebration for the new year is continuous through our staying and we enjoyed it The animation team did great job day and night , the room is clean with comfortable bed , the hotel is good value for the money we paid really I will be back with my family soon

Main restaurant food was not consistent; sometimes good sometimes bad. The selection of Salads and soups were always strange. Meat sometimes good but not always. Fish was mostly a lot better. Staff need to smile more; they seemed overwhelmed and more focused on doing things rather than also taking care of guests. More attention was given to foreign guests than locals; which should have been an equal welcome.

The beach, activities, and animation team really exert the effort to provide variety of activities.

The main restaurant experience in general was below my expectations. The food could be better. A couple of times I went to one of the partitions inside the restaurant to sit and have my dinner but one of the staff ask me politely to go to the main partition because they started to clean the one I chose.

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They upgraded my reservation from standard room to family for free. They also handed me a dinner invitation for the oriental(or Italian) restaurant and one for lunch at the beach restaurant. I liked the beach capacity and the beach restaurant. The beach restaurant has some tasty fast food options. The animation team make very good activities.
